I've been living in Castle Rock for 11 years now and found Greenwood Automotive about 8 years ago. I typically changes vehicles every 9-16 months for the simple fact, I like new rides. 2016 is a good yr since there is limited electronic safety features. Truck has excellent ride, is quiet and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 liter V6. My F150 has a 36 gallon tank and I've gotten over 1000 miles per fill up.

My wife and I purchased a used 2015 Buick Enclave from Mike Maroone Cadillac GMC. We live in western Nebraska and saw the vehicle for sale on cars.com. I visited the Mike Maroone Cadillac GMC website directly and found the vehicle on there. There was a wide array of documents related to the vehicle right on the website. I was impressed with the transparency of the information that was offered. I was even able to access the vehicle’s Carfax right on the website. The vehicle was a one owner with a crystal-clear service record that had every single oil change, preventative service, and recall completed on schedule. Negotiations began though a series of phone calls and text messages. Our salesperson, Braden, was very nice and professional, but most of my contact during negotiations was with two of the sales managers, Andrew and Anthony. Both were equally transparent, straight-forward, and most of all very fair to negotiate with. Using only a total loss settlement we received from an accident, we had a limited budget to work with and they really knocked it out of the park! We drove out from Nebraska on Memorial Day weekend to test drive the Enclave and put the finishing touches on the negotiations. Everything went off without a hitch! Even though we paid for the vehicle in full that day, we still had to go through the finance office for all the sale documentation. Eric was fast and friendly, and we were on the road back to Nebraska by mid-day. Unfortunately, on the way home, we discovered an issue with the Enclave’s transmission. We were crushed and started panicking as to what to do. Used cars are sold as is, and we knew that going into the deal. We knew we couldn’t return the Enclave, so we drove it the rest of the way home. Brayden called us on Sunday to ask how we were liking the Enclave. I did not answer and did not return her call until Tuesday morning since it was Memorial Day weekend. I left a message for her explaining the transmission issue and that we were aware that it was sold as is. I then took the Enclave to a transmission shop and had it diagnosed. The Enclave needed a new transmission to the tune of $5,800, plus tax. I received a phone call from the sales manager Anthony and within 5 minutes he offered to pay for HALF of cost to replace the transmission! I sent him a copy of the invoice from the transmission shop, and I had a check in my hand by the end of the week! When I thanked Anthony, he told me, “Doing the right thing isn’t always easy, but we are always going to do the right thing”. Mike Maroone Cadillac GMC earned a life-long customer here and I will make that drive to buy from them again anytime! Thank you, Braden, Andrew, Eric and most of all, Anthony! You are all a class act!

This is the third F150 I have owned, by far the best, 60,000 miles have not had to fix anything, Did brakes and tires around 55k, limousine quiet inside, 5.0. l coyote engine has impressive power and decent mileage

I have owned a 2016 f150 since July 1 2016. Bought it new and it now has 92000 miles and drives and handles and looks as good as it did new. Id rate it a7on a 1-5 scale!!!

I had the best experience shopping here. They were helpful and patient with no pressure to buy. They found exactly what I wanted, even when I didn’t know exactly what that was. The process was pretty smooth. I also really like the option to return the car within 5 days and the 30 day warranty. All in all, they treat you right and take the worry out of buying a used car! I had a great experience buying an old car at this dealership. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful. I was looking for one of the cheapest options knowing the vehicle would probably need a little work which can be worrisome if a dealer hides what work needs to be done. That was no issue at Berkenkotter. The staff was upfront about all the known issues with the car and even took it into the shop and walked through the issues with me. The owner of the dealership answered all of my questions and went out of his way to make sure that the car was in good driving condition before I left with it. I've been driving the car for several days without any problem. They didn't pull any tricks and were very honest about the car. They even negotiated on price. I did my research and found a great deal at Denver Auto on a Subaru Forester. The car was ready and waiting for my scheduled test drive. Right by the door. They let my mechanic look it over. It had just had lots of repairs/maintenance. My mechanic verified all this. Stan was great and I purchased the car!! Still going strong!! Thanks Denver Auto!!!

To begin this review, you should know that I rated the facilities a 4-star because, in this time of COVID, I was unable to enter the main building. The lot is cramped with gorgeous, fairly-priced vehicles, plus a small building in the center. There was no room for me to park my own vehicle when visiting, so I parked in the cul-de-sac. Now, about Stan. From the Ukraine, Stan is a compassionate, thoughtful salesman who spent our time together masked (because of COVID) and LISTENING to me as I fumbled with what I was looking for. He asked pertinent questions, took the time to understand what I was seeking, and was as transparent with me about the quality of the vehicle I had come to test-drive as is possible. I pointed out scratches. He admitted that they were problematic. I asked him about the timing belt: had it been changed? He didn't know, and didn't invent a story. He didn't say "yes" or "no," he said the most honest thing a car salesman can say: "I don't know. But I will find out for you." And, sure enough, he did! We talked about the timing belt replacement (which HAD happened, and this saves me $1,000 right off the bat). We talked about the provenance of the vehicle, a wreck it had been in eight years ago, how clean and immaculate the car was, both inside and out. I thought that the car was overpriced a bit, and I asked Stan what he thought. He agreed that it could be a bit lower, and on my first visit to the lot, he informed me that his boss had lowered the price of the car by $500. Which was music to my ears. I test drove the car. It handled beautifully. Ice-cold A/C, no pulling to the left or right. This car had been in a wreck before, but other than the CARFAX report mentioning it, I would never have known. Stan gave me the keys and said "Take this to your mechanic," so I did. I sat at my own personal mechanic's office and waited for an hour while they went through the car, front to back, paying close attention to the mechanical aspects of the vehicle. They found a leaking power steering rack and pump. That's IT. "Lou," said the owner of the shop. "This is the best vehicle you've brought us, and I am of the strong opinion you should BUY THIS CAR IMMEDIATELY." I wasn't sure, given the cost of replacing the power steering rack and pump. I went back to Stan. He wasn't sure, he said, but he'd check with the boss. I offered $500 less than the vehicle was priced at, even AFTER a $500 drop! Stan stood up for me with his boss, got the boss to agree, and sold me the car. In conclusion, I have a fantastic vehicle, low miles for its age, mechanically sound (except for the rack and pump, which I will get fixed on my own dime), and Stan has a customer for life in me. I've been in sales for forty years, and Stan did everything right. He shared what he could do, told me honestly what he couldn't do and, not once, not EVER, did he give me a hard-sell. He listened to me, he met my needs and then exceeded them. Kudos to Stan and to Denver Auto Company for the best car-buying experience I have ever had. Thank you.
