Great truck, I have no issues with this truck. Occasionally the Snyc screen freezes up. Acceleration is excellent. Highway MPG is 23 Local is around 12 mpg. Mixed City Highway is 15 mpg

Had the truck a few months and have had more compliments than any vehicle I’ve ever driven. Just a sharp vehicle inside and out. Love the 2.7 engine and the leather interior and all the space both front and back.

I have now been to this facility twice in the last two years (once to get an appraisal for a vehicle I ended up selling myself and now (Sept/2018) for a used vehicle purchase. Both times great, but this most recent was a shockingly easy process throughout with a very good person (Greg Leo) from CarMax. I had a specific need and the car was in CA (I am in TX) and Greg set up delivery, responded to any request I had, and kept me informed at all times of the stages. When I met him for actual purchase, I was in and out of the process (including a trade in) in 2 hours (prob could have done less but we got along well). This IS the way car buying should be done! Period. Great people, great business model. I also used CarMax financing with zero issues (excellent credit) and there is no pressure involved whatsoever (it is built into their process).

24000 miles Crew cab 4x4 - for me, the perfect match between comfort, styling, and utility. Truck has a soft bed cover that allows me to expose as much of the bed as I need. Easy to retract and close.

I was searching for a new/used car. I used Cars.com to search for a Toyota Highlander. Carmax in Ft. Worth, TX was one of my choices. The car shown online was EXACTLY as shown when I saw it-the pics and details provided about the car were so accurate, there wasn't a need for alot of "wheeling and dealing". I emailed Carmax regarding my interest, late at night. Not only did I receive an email within 1 hour, the next day I received a phone call from Mr. Ben Arbour, the person who would eventually sale me the car. He walked me through their process, got me pre-approved over the phone, so that all that was left to do when I got to the office was to get the trade-in value on the car I was trading, test drive the new car & sign paperwork to purchase. I bought a 2010 Toyota Highlander that was a 1 owner car with approx. 13,700 miles. I recommend Carmax to anyone looking to get another car. They were great!!! The customer service is GREAT!!!

Great vehicle. I was not used to not having a printed owner’s manual. But, with continued and diligent use of the onboard screen and its videos and owner’s manual has answered all questions and issues. Love this pickup.

The power, of the smallest engine, the 2.7 V6, Twin Turbo, is excellent. My average gas mileage is near 22 mpg. I am using Sheetz 88 Octane fuel. The 2021 F 150, XL/STX, Super Cab, FX4, has been a decent truck so far! I had some issues with the optional POWER GENERATOR,..and apparently, it's now fixed!? I may get a truck camper put on the bed!? However, it can be either a good hauler, or towing vehicle! My unit has the optional towing package.

I'd argue my experience here was more like a 3.5 than a four, but it wasn't too bad. Of course there was the typical salesman crap you'd expect, even if you're just in the looking phase. But overall the dealership was clean and well kept, and other times I've been to this dealership for service they have been professional. But I have not bought from them. Even though my one experience looking at cars here was average, all things considered I'd say this is a good place.

You don't find quick service like at McAndrews. So glad that DeMeon was my sales person! He answered all my questions and made sure all documentation was ready to go when I arrived. Very comfortable using Rockwall Ford for service on my 2022 F350. I really like the service, I usually go early in the morning and I?m out of there in a very reasonable amount of time.. I probably have used four or so service technicians and they?re all very customer satisfaction oriented. Last week, my.ST was Ozzie and he did a great job. Overall, highly recommended. i?m going there for three years.

Scheduled 60k service - went over exactly the services I needed and what I didn't need because I had already taken care of it myself, i.e. oil change, tire rotation, wiper blade replacement, etc. That way I didn't pay for anything that I didn't need.

I had been looking for months for a 2088 Lincoln Navigator. Auto Place had the one i was looking for. Chocolate White, fully loaded and under 100k miles. Drove about 4 hours to this specific dealership Grapevine Ford. I had been researching online about the 2025 Ford Expedition Active for a few months. Grapevine Ford had the exact color Dark Magnetic Gray on their website. I spoke with a certain salesman ( no name mentioned) and we told him I would be there on Saturday. Arriving Saturday he was not at the dealership. Landon said he would take care of me himself and he really did help us out ! Landon did his very best to accommodate us. The vehicle was not on the premises so he arranged to have it brought to the dealership . I test drove it and really liked it!
