My experience at Ford AutoNation was very positive ending with me purchasing a beautiful used car. My salesman was very patient with me and he was very helpful. He accompanied me on several test drives and answered all of my questions with a big smile. When I finally made up my mind, I went back to see him and he quickly got everything set up. My purchase was quicker than any I have made in the past and as painless as any purchase this size could possibly be. I am very pleased with my purchase and my experience at Ford AutoNation. The only negative was in trying to reach out over the phone to ask yet another question ( and it happened to be my salesman's day off.) and I had to call several times in order to finally get to talk to someone who could help.

The vehicle my wife and I was interested in test driving was ready and waiting on us upon arrival. The sales person, Mr. Terrell Williams, was courteous and we immediately looked over the vehicle and commenced upon the test drive. After a brief discussion in Mr. Williams office, we were able to purchase the vehicle and drive it home. I do have a couple items to further work out with Mr,. Williams in regards to refinancing with my local credit Union and am hopeful he is open to assisting us within matter.

2026 Ford F-150 review
This truck has all the options I could ask for. It is very comfortable and powerful. I like the ruby red color. We've only put a couple hundred miles on it so far, but everything works great.

I got my car serviced for a recall but also noted other issues I had with my vehicle. I thankfully had the other issue cleared with the extended warranty. I was told my car would be started within 3-4 days and worked on for about a week, then was called the next day that my vehicle was ready. Very quick and communicative and also build a personal connection with the customer. Will definitely be retuning.
