Great customer service. Exceeded my expectations. Found exactly what I was looking for. I had purchased a new Explorer 5 years ago and had the same great experience. Consistent through time.

My son and I were treated like one of them. An extremely pleasant car buying experience. This is my fourth car bought here and I will be back when I need another car.

AutoNation Ford ScottsdaleReviews
AutoNation Ford Scottsdale review
Car was great and well cared for. My expectations were exceeded. Especially with Jeremy in sales watching with patience my test driving and promptly answering all my questions. Also Brandon in financing, creatively & speedily expediting the options care packages in a clear way. Likewise the very generous help of AutoNation with dispatching friendly Dez who cheerfully assisted me in switching my cars.

Gosch Ford of TemeculaReviews
Gosch Ford of Temecula review
Good overall experience. As always, the dealership tried to slip in extra fees. This does not make this dealership any worse than others, but I won't give 5 stars when this happens. In our case, the sticker price was not what we saw when we sat down to negotiate. There was a $1,300 charge added for a security feature the dealership had installed. I had that removed: sticker price on a used car should be everything that the car is. I did not choose a $1300 option. The dealership worked with us and was friendly, except for the finance guy. It was late at night and he got a little snippy.

Luca was professional and courteous. Salesman, Manager, and Finance were easy to deal with. No xx approach is refreshing. I know what I wanted and I know what I was willing to pay. Negotiations were flawless, with amicable resolutions for both sides. I will continue to support this dealership with their service department.
