What an awesome truck. It will allow me to do everything I could do in my regular F150. It is a fun vehicle. No, I am not towing long distances often. It is Used for traveling 50-75 miles daily. I can also take out of town trips with it, no issues.

My favorate vehicle i have ever owned. Dont pay attention to unfounded comments by EV haters. If you use your vehicle mainly in a 250 mile radius this truck is perfect. I charge at home once a week. If you typically take long trips, it may not be for you. Front truck is invaluable. I have 11000 miles, and have saved close to $2000 already over a F150 ICE version.

This is my first truck and first EV, 2 in 1 for me. Pros: - Love the very smooth ride. Barely feel road imperfections. Very steady and stable on inner streets, highways, and around corners. - Acceleration is amazing for a large truck. - Big and comfy interior, front and back seats. Cloth trim and not leather. Plenty of storage all around, including under the back seats. Front trunk. Working table comes out of the right arm rest. - Basic but good infotainment system. Android auto works without connecting USB. Excellent. - Ford app is useful and basic for range, tire pressure, charging stations, and battery and remote car start and prewarming, Cons: - XLT: No front parking sensors. I would have expected a large truck to have them to help with parking. - Heated front seats but not the steering wheel seems cheap omission. - The arm rest compartment doesn't stay up and wants to fall when opened. - XLT has marginal battery travel range. Around 240 miles (per Ford, From 100% to 0%) in normal good conditions and normal weather. In real life, is lower. If u start at 90% (recommended charge) and recharge at 20% (per rec), then using only 70% of predicted range and add some cold weather that takes a lot of battery to warm and heat.. range will drop to around 140 miles. Meaning plan to charge frequently or daily, depending on ur commute and avoid long distance travel to avoid low range anxiety.. u don't want to have low range and start looking for a working and available charging station, to sit for 30 min or an hour to charge and keep going. I think extended battery should be standard, but that means more costs. - Ford blueoval charging stations are good and present in many areas and dealers, but the problem is that they might be offline, not working, occupied, and hard to predict availability which limits their use. So, having home charger is essential. - Wipers are horrible from factory. Needed immediate change. - Speakers are acceptable but nothing special. - Doors don't unlock by approach and touching the handles. Have to use keypad or key fob. - I opted for the 2K discount instead of the Ford promise home charge with installation offer as I was concerned with the fine print of "Standard installation" requirement and ending up having to pay out of pocket if Qmerit deemed my install as non standard and went with my own installer. I think the Flash edition would cover many of those cons compared to the XLT for around 5K extra.

They were Fast and professional as expected. I set a time that same morning and they were able to squeeze me in for service. I will definitely use Maxwell Ford in the future. I would recommend for your service needs.

XLT. Starting with value, this won't truly be known until trade-in time. I have a bad back & find the seats very comfortable. Interior & dash have a little too much plastic. Fit & finish are very good. Frunk is great for small cargo. Power is beyond expectations, throttle down & there is no lag, really nice in the mountains. Ride is so smooth don't even know when doing 80+. All in all we are very happy with our new truck.

I have had my Ford Lightening Lauriet standard range for 6 months and about 12 k miles now. Great ride, no maintenance at all. Very quick. The Bluecruise is best on market (better than Tesla autopilot, I also own a Tesla). Forget towing any distance. But otherwise it’s a F-150 that costs roughly $0.07 per mile to drive when charged at home. Equivalent to 50 plus mpg with no oil, transmission,air, differential maintenance. As far as best Electric, I also own a Tesla Model Y Performance. Not even close. Control panel two wheels and stalks you have mastered Tesla in 4 hours. The ford is a bunch of knobs, stalks, buttons (many totally unnecessary like power button) trying to look like gas car. Which make the display an add on control annoyance rather than a control center. Do your research before road trips, don’t depend on Ford recommended stops and ranges. Some fast chargers truly fast and multiple bays. Some 1/3 of Tesla supercharger speed and single bay that may or may not be working. I have taken 1300 mile road trip. Did my charging plan. It was work. Again I am jaded as a Tesla owner. With Tesla, go anywhere follow there suggestions don’t even need to think about it. Flawless. For us as a Play Farm, daily commute vehicle we love the lighting. I listed some shortcomings which is a big part while sales of new lightnings are way down. Like my truck, but if could do over I would have waited for the Cybertruck or bought a Rivian.

We recently bought a 2022 Ford Expedition Platinum and had an absolutely outstanding experience with our salesman, Jimmy Fryberger. We have two little kids, so convenience was key for us. We called ahead and explained that we’d be driving two hours to the dealership and really wanted to minimize our time waiting around. Jimmy went above and beyond—he got all our paperwork ready in advance, asked for our IDs and documents beforehand, and made sure everything was set up so that when we arrived, we basically just needed to test drive and sign. The whole process was seamless. He even surprised us with a big bow on the car! The manager also came over to personally check on us, which made us feel valued and welcomed. On top of that, the dealership itself was very kid-friendly, which made the entire experience so much easier for our family. Jimmy also called more than once after the sale to make sure everything was perfect, and even offered to fill our gas tank if we were ever driving by Daytona—just a really nice gesture that shows how much he cares about his customers. Jimmy’s energy, helpfulness, and genuine care stood out from start to finish. We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend him and this dealership to anyone.

This has been the best truck I have ever owned. It costs 12 to fill up and gets 250 miles, that an 80 mpg equipment. Imagine that in any other truck, unheard of. Ride is great, smooth and quiet, and tons of power, pickup is incredible. And then there is the features: we powered several event with the pro power, food trucks, music events, middle of nowhere camping adventures. And it bearly impacts the battery. This thing has been the coolest truck I've ever owned. No regrets.

Having looked online for another vehicle we came across what we looking for at Orleans Ford and decided to drive up from Rochester to take it for a drive. Yes we could have bought a car locally, but there was a bit sticker shock pricing locally when comparing similar cars. As such we drove up, drove the car and there were no hidden surprises in making the deal. As such we bought it on the spot. Although Orleans Ford may not be as flashy as other dealerships in Rochester their attention to customer care in answering questions was a huge win for them! As to a flashy dealership, well all I can say is....I'm not driving the dealership home I'm buying a flashy car at a reasonable price that counts. So if your looking for home town car dealership, pricing and customer care do yourself a favor give Orleans Ford a call....its well worth the trip!

One of the best vehicles I have owned. A spacious frunk, spacious interior, a very comfortable ride, and amazing acceleration. This truck has it all. My family loves it, too, for road trips due to the space and ride. For a truck this size and shape, it is still competitively efficient with the R1T and Cybertruck.

One of the absolute best trucks i have ever owned. I have a 240V connection at home and it charges up overnight. Instantaneous torque cannot be beat and I expect little to no maintenance over the next 5 years.

If you want a class A experience for service/repairs, I highly suggest you ask for Luis Lagarda. When he called at 7:30 am, Yes, called first thing, in the morning...He was very patient in listening to me explain the concerns I had with my truck. Was very informative as to the initial estimate, and as to what he thought might be the cause of my concerns. He had promised to keep me posted on the progress throughout the day and he truly kept his word. Not only had he found and fixed all my concerns, he also noticed a recall that hadn't been addressed, so he took the time to take care of that as well.. AND, I had my truck back the same day.. This car is a game changer. I am a car guy and have owned both cars and trucks. This is the best I have ever owned. This thing is the fastest production F150 and it pulls like crazy (3.9 0-60). You hit that pedal and smoke anything on the road. Cost me less that $12 to "fill up" when charging overnight at home. Savings literally hundreds on gas every month. Always have range and never have to "fill up" outside the house unless I'm on a long road trip. In which case I can "refill" in about 30 mins, just enough time to use the bathroom and stretch my legs. Got from Philly to New Hampshire with just two charges. And the capabilities this thing has with it's pro power is crazy! We powered two food trucks for over 6 hours and used less than 15% battery. So much cheaper, less noise, and no bad smelling fumes compared to a generator. No regrets at all.

We have a Ford Fusion since 2017 and it has been fantastic vehicle for us. In past week we had repair done on fixing the electronic security system, connected to the edge of driver door that was not operating correctly. Josh helped me with identifying the issue and also Jack. Veterans Ford did their analysis and tests to get to the root cause with their specialized technicians in the electronics area. We were very concerned as this issue is very critical for us to function correctly. I am so happy that the Ford team at Veterans got it fixed and all is running perfectly again. Because the issue was intermittent it made the challenge even more difficult - so my thanks goes to the whole team who made this repair a success. The team there takes the time to listen and help their customers to the very best of their ability. When I was in Ireland I went with my Dad to a Ford dealer there, where he bought his first car a Ford Anglia. Ever since then we have stayed with Ford for many years. My car was in service for warranty repair(s) from June 12, 2025, until service completion date of June 24, 2025. My service advisor Bryce Delamielleur was extremely professional, courteous and attentive. He kept me informed every day as to the status of my repairs. Bryce is the service advisor that I request on my service visits to the Varsity dealership, he's exceptional at his job and truly an asset to Varsity Lincoln. My only dislike is Varsity Lincoln's new policy, (effective July 11, 2024) that you now have to pay the taxes on your loaner vehicle(s) through Enterprise. It's not the amount (Michigan 6% sales tax per day and VLCR Fee $0.99 / Day); it's the principle of the matter...any malfunction of your new vehicle due to defective parts and under warranty should afford you a loaner vehicle totally FREE of ANY CHARGES except for replenishing the gas used!
