What an awesome truck. It will allow me to do everything I could do in my regular F150. It is a fun vehicle. No, I am not towing long distances often. It is Used for traveling 50-75 miles daily. I can also take out of town trips with it, no issues.

My favorate vehicle i have ever owned. Dont pay attention to unfounded comments by EV haters. If you use your vehicle mainly in a 250 mile radius this truck is perfect. I charge at home once a week. If you typically take long trips, it may not be for you. Front truck is invaluable. I have 11000 miles, and have saved close to $2000 already over a F150 ICE version.

I was interested in a Nissan NV 2500. Viewing several of these vehicles on cars.com and other sites. I decided to make the trip to Trust Auto in Maryland from West Virginia. About a 4 1/2 hour trip. I had talked to David on the phone to make sure the Nissan was still available and explained when I could be there to look over the vehicle. We made the trip in good time only running into one delay. Upon meeting David he brought the vehicle up to the front of the dealership and told us to inspect it, which is what we did. I had two top mechanic with me. While we knew the vehicle had been in an accident, the repair work was very well done on found a few bolts missing. One in the valance and the other from the inner fender. This could have been from the accident or just from being a service vehicle. A little over 94,000 miles on it. The detail shop did a great job on their work. Very chean for sure. After running the computer test, we took the Nissan NV for a test drive. It did not disappoint. Extremely happy with everything we saw and felt during the test drive. Steering was solid and tracked well. No pull to either side while driving. Throttle response was perfect as well as the braking system. The comfort of the Nissan NV was Avery pleasant surprise. The ride was almost as good as my Lincoln MKZ, almost.😎 Much like a 2006 GMC dually I had in 2007. Very nice. When returning to the dealership myself and the two mechanics talked things over and decided to go to the next step. After a little negotiation we settled on a fair price and made the purchase. David was very kind to us and I feel like we got a great deal. We finished the paperwork and was ready to leave but we were blocked in by another vehicle. I backed back into the parking spot when one of the ladies that worked there said she would move the vehicle so we could be on our way. She came back within a few minutes moved the vehicle and with a big beautiful smile waved goodbye to us as we left. That truly made my day😇. Trust Auto in my opinion is a great dealership and when I need another vehicle, they will be the first ones I will go to. I have had my Ford Lightening Lauriet standard range for 6 months and about 12 k miles now. Great ride, no maintenance at all. Very quick. The Bluecruise is best on market (better than Tesla autopilot, I also own a Tesla). Forget towing any distance. But otherwise it’s a F-150 that costs roughly $0.07 per mile to drive when charged at home. Equivalent to 50 plus mpg with no oil, transmission,air, differential maintenance. As far as best Electric, I also own a Tesla Model Y Performance. Not even close. Control panel two wheels and stalks you have mastered Tesla in 4 hours. The ford is a bunch of knobs, stalks, buttons (many totally unnecessary like power button) trying to look like gas car. Which make the display an add on control annoyance rather than a control center. Do your research before road trips, don’t depend on Ford recommended stops and ranges. Some fast chargers truly fast and multiple bays. Some 1/3 of Tesla supercharger speed and single bay that may or may not be working. I have taken 1300 mile road trip. Did my charging plan. It was work. Again I am jaded as a Tesla owner. With Tesla, go anywhere follow there suggestions don’t even need to think about it. Flawless. For us as a Play Farm, daily commute vehicle we love the lighting. I listed some shortcomings which is a big part while sales of new lightnings are way down. Like my truck, but if could do over I would have waited for the Cybertruck or bought a Rivian.
