Used 2011 Ford F-250 trucks for sale near Kenly, NC

Had a pleasant experience (like usual) I enjoy the working with the service team as they are very professional and recommend ONLY the service that needs to be done.

Runs good, its in good condition, snow plow and salt sprayer included both where only used for two years. Tires are like new. Engine and transmission work well.

I came to interstate Ford to have a recall issue taken care of. Mary Jo Fuletti helped me with that problem. I told her that there were other concerns regarding my F150 truck. She listened to my concerns and translated them so that her mechanical staff would understand what needed to be looked at. After an inspection, I was informed that there was about $5000 worth of work to be done. I have a Toyota warranty for the vehicle having bought it used from a Toyota dealer. Mary Jo had difficulty getting a response from the warranty folks but she was tenacious and got an inspector from the warranty office to come look at the truck and approve the work that needed to be done. Through Mary Joe’s and interstate Fords efforts, I had a total of about $6000 worth of work done with no out-of-pocket charges. I will definitely be back when my truck needs service or work. I DO NOT THINK, PERSONALLY, YOU CAN BUY A BETTER TRUCK FOR THE MONEY. HOWEVER, JUST LIKE ALL TRUCKS MADE AND SOLD, THEY ARE TOO MUCH. SIMPLY TOO MUCH MONEY FOR ANY TRUCK SOLD IN AMERICA. BUT IF YOU NEED A TRUCK, YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE TO SPEND IT.... DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SPEND IT ON A FORD 6.7L 4 DOOR 4X4 TRUCK.

Stuart was so helpful and explained everything to me. I used some coupons and that always helps to save a little while the car is getting good service. The car looked good and felt stronger when I drove home.

Excellent truck for towing a camping trailer. Handles the tough hills with no problems and does so in comfort. You can pull a trailer and add a good amount of weight to the bed.

Bought new, H&S tune at 10, 000 miles. Max tune settings at 15,000 miles. Transfer case went out @ 70,000miles ( neglegent operation). Transmission replaced / upgraded at 150,000 miles. Been problem free ever since. Currently have 230K. Max mpg is 20. Normal is 13-16. Towing heavy is 10ish

The mechanic fixed my problem and Jose called me that afternoon to pick up my vehicle. I really appreciate Jose and the mechanic fixing my vehicle in such a timely manner. Tim Beal is my new service advisor at Chapman Ford because my service advisor (also Chapman) retired. Tim is awesome! He makes sure everything is perfect with my Mustang. It needed some engine work, and he stayed in touch with me and made sure all parts and equipment were new factory parts... nothing but the best! My Mustang has 80,000 miles, and it runs like a new car!! Tim is great, and all the employees at Chapman Ford are EXCELLENT!
