This place was my last stop but will be my first from now on. Everyone there treated me great. I will only purchase my vehicles from them for now on. I asked for my payment to be around a set number. There was snow of this back and forth crap like the other places. Gregg told me he could get there and he did. I literally shopped, test drove a few, signed and left all in about 3 hours.

If you want to sit around all day, haggle for a price, have someone go back and forth and talk to “the boss,” and generally have an all-around traditional car buying experience, this dealer is NOT the place for you! These guys have a niche and they know their stuff; you’re not going to get the run-around here because their prices are already competitive. My salesman, Anthony, was fantastic as was Jeremy, the finance manager. If I hadn’t sat around and visited with them both, I could’ve been in and out in an hour. This is how buying a vehicle ought to be.

I only worked with them briefly looking to purchase a used Jeep Grand Cherokee. They helped me to their best ability and were a great team with a lot of experience and knowledge on what they do. My husband and I were in the market for a newer yet used car. We found the car we were looking for on their website and started the process online. Once we got to the dealership, they already had the car pulled up and ready for us to see. We decided we wanted the car and finance worked quickly and efficiently. We had a wonderful buying experience...and AFTER the fact, we noticed a leak by the brakes. They called us in immediately because of that being a safety hazard, put us in a loaner car and have been taking care of us! VERY pleasant buying experience!

We stumbled upon this dealership while shopping for my husband a new work truck. We found what we thought to be a great truck located on the Houston lot. Unfortunately after having it brought in to the Dallas lot our salesman notified us that the vehicle was throwing a ABS code. We were at the Dallas dealership on a Saturday, so not much anyone could do for diagnostic/repair. We decided we would drive the truck home and have it repaired at our local dodge dealership. Considering it was under factory warranty and extended warranty we had no reason to believe it would be a huge issue. WE WERE WRONG!!! The truck had essentially been chop shopped and was completely un repairable under any warranty! Our salesman D’Andre and the GM at Dallas were nothing short of amazing to us! We were able to get out of the original truck and into another within a week! They even let us drive the alternative truck for a few days to ensure we felt confident. They were very communicative and never hesitated to answer all questions we had. We never felt like a bother or that we had to be mean to get this disaster situated. I think our situation was just unfortunate. The Dallas dealership was VERY professional and helpful and we could truly feel that they cared about us as a customer and their name as a business! Would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to give them a try! Ask for D’Andre
