2024 F250 Lariat Diesel HO is a luxury truck with all of the amenities and safety features that one could want. It handles great, has a much improved turning radius and a very comfortable ride.

I had a recall on my Ford Escape and brought it to Gallatin Ford. After three weeks of calling and email Jessica with no response, I called and she was on vacation. Lauren O'Neal took over and had me bring my car in that day to be assessed. Parts were ordered. Parts came in sooner than expected and Lauren called me to bring my vehicle in for the repairs. Lauren communicated with me in a timely and professional manner. I never had to call and feel like I was being a pest. My vehicle was repaired perfectly. I ordered my 2025 Super Duty Platinum and it came in the end of January. I usually custom order my vehicles and get all the extras on my trucks. The Godzilla V8 engine is a monster 7.3 liter with about 700 hp and 600 lbs of torque The cameras are remarkably clear and I can drive with the rear/side camera views live. Great safety feature. This truck is meant to tow heavy loads. Fuel mileage is not great but it’s as I expected.I feel the turning radius seems tighter/better than the F150 I used to have. I love the onboard scale in the truck bed. Very convenient. I have a g Factory generator also. I always put in a Line X spray in bed liner and have a roll n lock top…out of sight out of mind.The easy pull out steps make easy access to bed contents.A big Ranch Hand grill was installed to replace factory bumper because I drive in north Florida deer country. There is one thing I’d change, Ford used to give multiple interior colors and with my Platinum package it limited me to grey 🤦‍♀️. for a very expensive vehicle I should have had interior color choices. So I really don’t have much to complain about. This truck is a very strong towing machine. I also had dual exhaust installed, nice mud flaps and a different larger air filter.Such a great rumble sound now. It’s my fourth Super Duty and I’m very impressed with all of my options including the two front seats that totally recline if I had to sleep in this beauty. Never have I seen or driven a nicer truck.

I own a beautiful Blue Jean color F 250. The truck rides nice and gives a commanding view of the road. It’s reliable and quiet. The only issue I have is a malfunctioning door lock. It stopped working within 2 years of use. My dealership was not very helpful or caring. That’s is a downer. But I love my truck.

Over the past 30+ years, I have purchased ~8 different 3/4 ton trucks, mostly diesel fords. The 2017 F250 Platinum has not disappointed, no engine issues and tows like a champ. My only complaint would be the seats are small and the comfort is terrible. You don't really notice it until you drive 5 or 6 hours and you have to stop because your butt and legs are killing you. This was not true with older models where driving across country was a breeze. Ford is not alone in downsizing the seating, even the airlines have done it.

We bought neaaly 10 vehicles over the years from Michael’s motor Company. Staff is always friendly, courteous, ethical, and honest. Their pricing is reasonable, they offer excellent extended warrantees for sale , and they always do everything possible to ensure a fair and reasonable transaction. This week, we bought a Nissan Ultima from them, and they are delivering it to our home in East Tennessee in a couple of days. How’s that for service? We only buy our vehicles from Michaels Motor Company. Here’s a learning opportunity for those of you who have written bad reviews because of the cars performance: buy an extended warranty. You’re buying used vehicles, for Pete’s sake. What did you expect?

Best truck/car I have ever owned. Tons of power with the 6.7 power stroke and all the bells and whistles I need with the fx4 king ranch trim. The price was no where near what this shows though. It was 87k +TTL

This truck is the best I have ever had. Ride is firm and stable. Steering is very positive. Mirrors and perimeter views are outstanding. Very comfortable. Not winter yet so I haven't tried all the features and accessories.

We first went to another Carmax, told salesman what we wanted and he Then tried to sale us something else. We then came to Rivergate Carmax told them what we were looking for and the ynpointed to a part of the lot and said salesman will be the shortly. No pressure in and out within 90 minutes with new van. No money down. Will definitely come back when get ready to buy again.

The best purchase so far. It meets and exceeds all I need it to do. The only issues I have had is the APIM and starter having to be replaced. But Ford replaced them under warranty.

This F 250 the most powerful diesel I have ever driven, and I have driven a new diesel every two years since 1999. The truck is a platinum which has all the lastest features and very comfortable. the performance is incredible with great fuel milage on the highway.
