I'd been trying to find a particular F150 for a couple of months. It was simply not available locally and I was forced to look out of state. I had subsequently located a couple which sold before I could complete a deal and was getting frustrated. Then I came across a truck that matched my requirements listed on the Ford website, listed as "Dealer Ordered". I contacted Two Rivers and worked with Tom Philips to negotiate a deal with minimal hassle and locked in the purchase. The price received was very competitive with other dealers and the overall process was completed efficiently. I would definitely work with Tom and Two Rivers again.
Steven Hess did a great job on helping with my 2017 F-150 lariat (spare key fob and lazer key made) as well as a recall. Also with our 2017 Ford Explorer getting warranty work done on a mirror. Very easy and quick service. This was great not having added stress as we are planning our wedding thats one month away now. Thanks
I have bought numerous trucks and cars from Two Rivers and have always had a great buying and service experience. Gary Taylor is my go to salesman and he is always a pleasure to deal with. Service Manager Chris Taylor is one of the best and always makes sure that any problems I have are taken care of in a professional manner. Will not buy a vehicle from any other dealership in the area.
The service department goes above and beyond. Not only is Steve Hess knowledgeable about our vehicles and wants to make sure we are satisfied, but he puts it into action when we asked for a ride to a restaurant nearby while our vehicle was being serviced. That is satisfaction. And I trust our truck is well maintained by the technicians. Even the cashier is friendly and helpful. Great job! Great dealership!

This is the second Flex we bought from Tom. After 7 years we made the trip back to 2 Rivers instead of buying locally because we remembered the experience we had dealing with him in 2011. He is very honest and shows us every advantage, rebate and best deal possible for our purchase and/or lease options. He takes the time to show us all the options the car offers and thoroughly goes through all the interior accessories with us so we drive away knowing we know the car inside and out. He listens to our thoughts and helps match the car to our satisfaction. The Ford Flex is a wonderful vehicle for traveling, shopping, the dogs and you can enter and exit very easily and the ride is unbelievable on long trips. Great mileage performance if you drive within the speed limits. We absolutely love it. Thanks Tom!

Tom Phillips helped me do most of my deal on line and by telephone which saved me a lot of time!!! I came in with my financing and they had the car ready for me and I was on the road in less than an hour!!
Drove four hours to reach this dealership which was out of state for us. Pricing of the vehicle and trade in allowance very fair, worth the drive. Salesperson and sales managers very polite and accommodating with very easy buying process. Our only complaint is the not so optimal communication between the sales team, finance team and repair shop. All was well in the end but it could have been a perfect transaction, rather than a lot of back and forth. Overall, we would shop there again but beware of potential miscommunications between their staff.
I highly recommend BMW of Nashville for both sales and service. Jeff Pereira was awesome in listening to my needs/desires in my X5 purchase, getting directly to the options and giving his opinion when I asked for it. Fun, relaxed, no pressure purchase. This week, I did not have a service appt. but had a very low tire and was nervous to drive my car as I'm a realtor in it all the time with clients. Michael and the team in the service department immediately found the issue (screw), worked me in, replaced the tire and washed my car for me. Its awesome being able to rely on help when its needed AND to have a happy, clean, classy lobby to wait in while my X5 is being serviced. Loving being a BMW owner.
The team at BMW that I worked with were ALL wonderful. Starting right at the front desk with Andy - She has the innate ability to make you feel welcome the moment you walk through the door. I told her I wanted to work with a female salesperson. I was delighted to learn that this dealership has two! Sadly, most dealerships have none. Andy introduced me to Carol Lawson, who was my salesperson throughout. She was terrific! Next came Paul, one of the geniuses. On the day I picked up my new vehicle, he took the time I needed to go over all the fun features of the X1 I had purchased. So kudos to a very well run organization. It appears to this satisfied customer that management cares about the buying experience of their consumers and has put both the time and effort in professionally training ALL of their staff.
Our Service Technician could not be nicer... We had a perfect experience ! I actually look forward to doing something I have, in the past, absolutely dreaded - taking the car in for service/maintenance...
Our Odyssey broke down while on vacation in Nashville and Kris Halmstead was amazing to work with. He and the mechanic worked with our mechanic back home in Milwaukee to rectify the situation. They were extremely methodical, thoughtful and devoted to solving our problem. Again working with Kris was a wonderful experience.

this is the worst place to ever buy a car at in Nashville Tennessee. I have had more problems out of a 2014 Honda Accord Sport buying it from this dealership then I ever had with any of my Hondas. I took it in because little balls of look like hell was coming out of my vents and they said nothing was wrong with it come to find out it's Way Beyond its limit on freon, then I took it in because it took me about 6 times for the car to start they charged me $77 to tell me nothing was wrong with it then come to find out a month later it was a thorttle switch.
