I’m in the process of removing my earlier review, because wow. Absolutely wow. Everything has changed. It took a bit to get all of this done, but after escalation, it was a whirlwind how quickly and seriously our problems were taken. Our Bolt was brought in twice, had $3000 worth of work done on it, complimentary alignment, and complete understanding and empathy from the service team. I think we had experienced a rare moment of falling through the cracks a bit, and when I got it to someone’s attention, they made sure we got right back out of that crack and more than taken care of. Any of the trust we lost, was gained back and then some. Their sales teams was already amazing, but the service team really went above and beyond for us. I know who we’ll be buying cars from for years to come that’s for sure. When you’ve dealt with the absolute worst of the worst when it comes to car dealerships, you know these places are rare, and it’s even more important that’s celebrated and recommended. Go see them! I promise, they do want to help you get in the best car they can, and will make sure it keeps running when they do.

2024 F250 Lariat Diesel HO is a luxury truck with all of the amenities and safety features that one could want. It handles great, has a much improved turning radius and a very comfortable ride.

It was my old cars time to go (Gloria) at work my coworker brought up CarMax as he just got a new pickup truck from them. My partner and I scheduled an appointment for a viewing Wednesday the 6th. I had to keep adding water to my car so she can take us there. I was nervous as this was my first time purchasing a car. IT WAS THE CAR IVE BEEN WANTING :) and Elijah Combs was our representative. The best purchase so far. It meets and exceeds all I need it to do. The only issues I have had is the APIM and starter having to be replaced. But Ford replaced them under warranty.

I love my truck!!!! i have a 2013 F250 crew cab with the 6.7 diesel. Bought it with 114k and now it has 150k. It has been very reliable and I can trust it to go anywhere. There have been somethings that affect the 11-16 model years, and all 6.7 diesels. In the 11-16 model years, the body mounts WILL have to be changed if they haven't, Ford used xxxxty ones from the factory. If you option for the diesel, you WILL have to upgrade the cold side intercooler pipe, the factory on WILL fail, just a matter of when. Other than that, its a great truck, and they are truly built to last. Not bad for a truck that's almost 10years old

Have owned this 7.3 for the last 10 years now towing a 35 foot fifth Wheel from Ontario to Florida best investment and have never had any problems usual maintenance with oil and brakes ,it’s been bulletproof.

Overall great experience! Straightforward pricing and willing to go out of their way to help you out. I wanted an electronic brake controller installed in the rig - they didn't hesitate to offer to bring it to uhaul and have it installed. Highly recommend.

Over the past 30+ years, I have purchased ~8 different 3/4 ton trucks, mostly diesel fords. The 2017 F250 Platinum has not disappointed, no engine issues and tows like a champ. My only complaint would be the seats are small and the comfort is terrible. You don't really notice it until you drive 5 or 6 hours and you have to stop because your butt and legs are killing you. This was not true with older models where driving across country was a breeze. Ford is not alone in downsizing the seating, even the airlines have done it.

From the moment I walked in all the way until I left with my gorgeous new S-Class, the experience was just superb. Amazing and personalized costumer service and care. Each additional request and question were addressed immediately, fantastic follow ups and even almost a year later I get my questions answered. Which other dealership would do that? I own a beautiful Blue Jean color F 250. The truck rides nice and gives a commanding view of the road. It’s reliable and quiet. The only issue I have is a malfunctioning door lock. It stopped working within 2 years of use. My dealership was not very helpful or caring. That’s is a downer. But I love my truck.

The Salesman was excellent. All good experience. Only negative was the car came in contrary to what we hoped for. Nothing to do with sales or dealership. Because of that we located another one in the original color we wanted. Would not hesitate shopping or sending folks to your dealership. Respectfully, Rich

So far this has been an excellent truck,it is a King Ranch with the 6.2 gas and 6 speed transmission. I love everything about this truck except for the fuel mileage, but you don't buy a truck like this for the fuel mileage.

I saw a 2005 Chevy Express van for sale on line at Delta. I talked to Sal about it and after discussing it, I put a 500.00 deposit on it. He was kind enough to hold the van until I was in his area about two weeks later. Despite a few scratches, the van was everything I needed. The rare cargo area air conditioner was the selling point. We agreed on the final price and he accepted my personal check for the balance, even though I live 430 miles south. I was nervous about the drive home but the van ran perfect! I am very pleased with this purchase and would recommend Delta to anyone. I heard from the mechanic I hired to check out the van that Sal is a good guy, and he is!

I bought a 2020 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid through Driveway.com from Volkswagen of Salem. This was my first time buying a car on line. I was nervous about sending a cashier's check before I actually saw the van. Lian from Driveway.com handled most of the final paperwork, sent extra pictures of the van, worked with me to see the van before I sent the cashier's check. Once I saw the van I sent the Cashier's check as promised. The Lithia dealership near me let me drive it home the next day. Kristina from Volkswagen of Salem helped me with the registration of the van in California. She took the time to explain the registration process, extended the temporary plate and registration, sent the necessary docs to the DMV in CA, emailed me copies of the docs, DMV in CA received it, all the docs were in order, and I received my new license plates and Calf. registration that day. The entire Lithia team made the transaction seamless and kept me up to date on the process of purchasing the car out of state. Buying on line widened my selection of this van and provided a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

This truck is the best I have ever had. Ride is firm and stable. Steering is very positive. Mirrors and perimeter views are outstanding. Very comfortable. Not winter yet so I haven't tried all the features and accessories.

Out of state buyer, I purchased my 1970 Ford Torino. My sales person was Terry throughout the whole process. My research began of which truck to buy. I couldn't afford a new one so it was definitely going to be a used truck. I looked at both dealerships of Ford and Chevy. Wasn't a fan of Dodge 4WD trucks because of it's looks and it's loud exhaust. The comparisons in Ford won my decision in the F-250 4WD Crew Cab but it came with decisions of which two different diesel engines would be installed in the truck I wanted to purchase. I wanted a diesel engine over gas for it's excellent mileage to and from work. Now, I had to do research which diesel engine would be the best fit for me. I'm guilty for using the web on helping me decide which was the better diesel engine. I chose the 7.3 diesel engine over 6.0 liter because of it's high reviews and reliability. At work, I drove a rental Ford f-450 diesel boom truck at which I enjoyed driving. It's reliability never broke down like the gasoline boom trucks my company purchased later. In 2013, the truck I purchased was over 10 years old. The mileage didn't bother me as much as the price did. The interior was fairly clean. The previous owner took pride in maintaining his truck. I chose leather seats over fabricated ones. Ford's King Ranch almost won my vote for purchasing one of their trucks. Their beautiful leather two tone interior can win anyone's heart. The new trucks had an improved 6.7 liter diesel engine which says has better mileage than the 7.3 diesel engine. I have friends that still drive their early aged F-250's with over a million miles on them. They like to telling me stories of their experiences what their Ford trucks pulled of their private boats or trailers. I chose my F-250 from it's high reviews, it's price, it's beige leather interior, and it's exterior color of dark green. This truck has given me more pleasure than I can explain here on this website. If you choose to buy a truck new or used. Do your research, but buy a Ford truck. You can never go wrong with them.
