2003 Ford F-250 review
If you hear anything bad about the 2003 ford f250 just know it's not true. Currently, mine has 251,242.9 miles and it runs just as good as the day I got her. My brother has the same truck. He got it in 2004 and his currently has 1,487,675.7 miles and has no problems. Best truck I've ever had 10/10! Just make sure you change the oil and take care of it!

George was a friendly, low pressure salesperson. He and the crew at Siamak’s were helpful through the whole process, advising me on my best options for getting rid of my old car, and helping prepare me for the EV credit and rebate process. I’m very satisfied with my purchase and with their top tier customer service.

Delta Auto Sales Inc.Reviews
Delta Auto Sales Inc. review
I saw a 2005 Chevy Express van for sale on line at Delta. I talked to Sal about it and after discussing it, I put a 500.00 deposit on it. He was kind enough to hold the van until I was in his area about two weeks later. Despite a few scratches, the van was everything I needed. The rare cargo area air conditioner was the selling point. We agreed on the final price and he accepted my personal check for the balance, even though I live 430 miles south. I was nervous about the drive home but the van ran perfect! I am very pleased with this purchase and would recommend Delta to anyone. I heard from the mechanic I hired to check out the van that Sal is a good guy, and he is!
2016 Ford F-250 review
I bought mine new in 2016. 128k and deleted at 60k. The increase in power has been astronomical. Unrivaled power and reliability. 30 - 200 hp boost on a 5 position selector switch. It rides like a f-250 should. The more weight on it the smoother the ride. The heated/cooled seats are fantastic. I have 6 foot plus children and they have plenty of front and rear seat leg room. The power outlets are conveniently located and charge lap tops and phone quickly. The interior noise at highway speeds are imperceptible, the engine break assist is excellent when towing a trailer. Cruise control is the most economically way to drive. My milage is slightly better with the delete completion, maybe 2-4 mph depending on how fast it is being driven. Factory tires get better MPG than the Goodyear AT's but I found that the factory tires failure to have any appreciable traction a major problem and thus the change early in my ownership. Dry pavement with factory tires was excellent, however, I was unable to turn my truck with one snowmobile with a two place trailer on a mowed grass covered in 2 inches of snow. Once the tires were replaced with the AT's, no issue what so ever. My truck was ordered and never picked up and there for I got a decent deal at 63k new, 3 miles. I have the Lariat edition with tow option and plow options. I have ability for 5th wheel and gooseneck towing and in bed trailer plug. To say this truck is a beast is a gross understatement. I out perform all other brands of trucks which are similarly deleted, never been beaten. The program I run is the EZ LYNK Auto Agent II and the program is by SPE. It has a transmission tune unlike 99% of other tunes on the market. Totally recommend this if you want tons of more power and increases in MPG.

2019 Ford F-250 review
Mine is an F250 Lariat (+Lariat value package) Diesel 4x2 ordered in August 2019 and picked up in Oct 2019 and currently has just over 29,000 miles. Mileage is ~19 MPG @ 70MPH not towing and with a Roll n Lock bed cover. I read these other reviews and am somewhat stunned by all the recall complaints. I had one: for wiring under the driver’s seat. Maybe it was the 4x4 models or those with all the super-duper interior gadgets causing the recalls. Other than two cracked front mud flaps, I’ve had nothing go wrong and really do enjoy the truck. No complaints on the ride - it’s a dang super duty truck so I do not expect it to ride like a sedan. What I really like: the exterior mirrors - they nailed it for fantastic coverage. B&O sound system is great, the quiet ride is surprising, retractable step on tailgate, it’s nice having three memory settings (part of option package), great that it still has knobs for volume, radio tuning, temperature etc, dashboard information is customizable, fit and finish is really quite good. The engine, what’s not to like other than diesel being really expensive right now. I also like the Ford app allowing me to see where the vehicle is located, start it, lock it, and a number of other bits of info as well. What I dislike: Mostly it’s how the controls are designed…Cruise control controls - very outdated in this model but might be better on newer models. Headlights (reg, not LED) are just OK, but the brights really do not do much. Generally dislike all the left hand controls: dash lighting stinks-you have to find/look at it and then hold a button to increase or a separate button to decrease - rotary or rocker style control is much easier and does not require eyes off the road to use. The exterior mirror adjustment control has the typical pad to adjust the mirror itself, but each mirror has a non-descript selector button to activate/arm the adjustment for that side vs a simple and tactile distinct slide to ‘arm’ the side for adjustment. You have to do this each time because once you ‘arm’ a side, it goes inactive after a bit so if you are one needing to fiddle with the driver mirror a lot, you’ll have to activate it each time. Again, you kind of have to look at it to begin the adjustment sequence.

2019 Ford F-250 review
I got my crew cab 2019 F250 XLT with the 6.2L for 37k in 2020 with 22k miles on it. I’ve put 25k miles on it in two years and It’s been ok, the cab is very spacious, first thing people say when they open the back doors is “this thing is a limo!” And trust me it’s the best thing for moving. I love the fold up backseats, it’s just that much more cargo space. Mine also has the pop up organizer under the seat which is perfect for grocery shopping, and keeping tools from rolling around. She’s pretty quick for her size too which I enjoy, I’ve had no running issues yet but honestly I’m not impressed with its Towing capabilities. I had my older 7200lb superduty on a trailer and the 2019 seemed to have a hard time figuring out what gear it wanted to be in even with tow mode on while doing 30-40mph. Between that, the heat shield breaking drive shafts recall, and the death wobble I’m sad to say I’m a bit scared of how reliable this thing will be in the long term. I have mine on the list for a new steering dampener to fix it’s death wobble but parts are back ordered “could be 2 weeks or 6 months” the dealership told me. Luckily Ford will cover it cuz it’s a widespread known issue tho. I love the ride and the space, but the mpg is killing me at 15mpg when my 2000 f250 also gets 12-15! 19 years of improvements for the same fuel mileage? Kind of pathetic! My 2000 is just a better truck even with the smaller 5.4L. when it comes to hauling, towing and yanking trees out of the ground the old girl takes the cake!

A No pressure pleasant experience. We dealt with one person (thanks Nikole!) through the entire "look" "test drive" "buy" process. There were nice cars at good prices and very helpful people to get us through the process. We liked the fact that the facility was low key, yet clean and functional. My partner and I are certainly going back to Delta as our first stop next time we need a car and we will be recommending them to our friends. Thanks Again !!
2012 Ford F-250 review
This truck has been extremely reliable. 249641 miles to date and no major issues. I keep it serviced and I work it hard. I pull a loaded gooseneck trailer every day. The only issues I have, 1; exhaust manifold on driver's side just cracked this week. 2; Ford needs desperately to fix the fueling problems on gas trucks. Charcoal canister and vent hose clogging is extremely irritating. I had an 05, 5.4 liter that did this as well. Pump half a gallon and gas blows back and pump shuts off. Takes forever to fill up. And I fill up almost daily! Time is money!!! Ford has had plenty of time to come up with a fix for this. But as of yet, nothing!! Fix that problem and I would absolutely love this truck.

I have been a customer at this awesome Tonkin Kia dealership for many years now. My wife and I have bought three cars here and taken our vehicles in for maintenance and service as well. The employees are very kind, greeting customers with genuine enthusiasm and offering their help in a way that is definitely NOT pushy (I think many people are wary of the “car salesman” stereotype - these folks do not act like that). They are knowledgeable about their cars, all of their processes, and you can clearly tell that each department communicates well with the others; every step of the way, everyone knows what’s going on. This is a great location to purchase a vehicle!
2001 Ford F-250 review
I bought my F250 XLT 7.3 4X4 CC LB new in Sep 2001, 1 week after 9/11. One of the last 2001's built with every option less the Lariat trim (3 kids ice cream and leather seats not a good combination), dealer already had 2002's on the lot. Component date code stickers range from June 17 to July 30 2001. Took this over the 2002 model for the 0% 4 yr financing plus the $6,000 discount off the $43K+ sticker price. Having owned this since new with 8 miles on the odometer and 350K miles later I can state the following: The 7.3 is by far the most dependable, bulletproof engine out there provided you maintain the 3 "F"s: Fluids (Shell T6 since break-in), Filters (Fram Ultra Guard @ 10K mile changes with a FS2500 Bypass filter and fuel filter change @ every other oil change) plus clean water free Fuel. Service wise I've had a HPOP, 1 injector, 4 transmissions and 3 safety recalls performed under warranty (6 yrs 100,000 miles ended Sep 07 ). The 2001 4R100 was notorious for the 2nd gear diode clutch to fail and the factory single disk converter could barely handle the stock power. Adding tuners, upgraded turbos and injectors plus opening up the exhaust could easily add 150HP and 200LBS/FT of torque (400+HP 725+ TQ) which only accelerates the mean time to failure. As a credit to Ford they kept replacing transmissions for a $50 deductible (plus got a free loaner car for 2 days) albeit with stock parts that would fail again. I offered to provide a billet converter with multiple disks but they said if the dealer installed non-factory parts under warranty it would void the warranty in the future. The solution was to rebuild the transmission with billet shafts and increase the number of clutches in the gear packs. This is easily done by any reputable shop. My current trans has over 200K miles and shifts like new. While you're at it, upgrade to the 31 row trans cooler from a 6.0, factory part bolts right in with hose adapters. Another issue is over time the front steering play will loosen up and develop a tremendous amount of lateral play (slop). I installed a Red Head steering box which now has ZERO play. Not sure if this applies to gas trucks but the 7.3, 4R100 and transfer case weigh as much as some cars and almost all of it is resting over the front axle to free up payload capacity for the bed area. That is a lot of stress for those components and since diesel engines lack a vacuum source, they rely on the same power steering pump to drive the power brakes. If you are looking at buying a 7.3 here's is what to watch out for: Make sure all the service bulletins have been complied with. A VIN check through the dealer will pull up the service history. Warm up the engine, unscrew the oil fill cap and check blow by. Do the same with a flat sheet of paper and hold it 3-4" from the exhaust pipe and check for a pulsating exhaust plume. This can be the marker for a dead cylinder. Make sure you determine if the transmission had the 2nd gear diode replaced on 2001 models. On 4 wheel drive models with ESOF (Electronic Shift On the Fly) check the VACUUM system for normal operation as this can be $$$ to repair. Early 7.3 models also have a problem with the engine skipping when hitting a bump or pothole in the road. This is an easy fix caused by a loose connection on the driver side valve cover that connects to the electrically fired injectors. The newer valve cover gaskets corrected this. Check the turbo up pipes for leaks which reduce turbine speed and result in less power. The 7.3 is 100% dependent on positive intake pressure (boost) to make its rated power. At the stock setting of 525 lbs/ft @ 1600 rpm, this will easily pull a 28' 6,000lb trailer and gear over the Eisenhower Summit (11,300') on I70 at 65mph uphill in July. Finally, be advised the 7.3 was discontinued in 2003 due to new EPA emissions regulations. In simple terms the 7.3 is a dirty engine and with the exception of a small PCV hose, completely lacks any emissions devices whatsoever. This is WHY they can go 1 million miles between overhauls if taken care of. The great thing is: THE 7.3 ENGINE IS MAINTENANCE FRIENDLY AND CAN BE MAINTAINED WITHOUT SPECIALIZED COMPUTER SOFTWARE OR TECHNICAL DATA WHICH IN MANY CASES IS NO LONGER LICENSED BUT LEASED MAKING REPAIRS ON NEWER SMOG EQUIPPED TRUCKS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE WITH OUT AN EXPEN$IVE $UB$CRIPTION. If you're like me and enjoy working on you vehicle, these are hard to beat and parts are readily available.

2003 Ford F-250 review
The F250/F350 with the 7.3 Diesel by (International T444E) is easy to repair and has simple mechanics behind how it functions. It is a truck that pulls well, if the transmission is upgraded and will last a long time. No emission problems or DEF issues. There are a variety of after market parts to complete repairs and maintenance, unlike new trucks that stop having parts made after 3-5 years. The truck has been around long enough and forums address almost all issues. Transmissions/torque converters are the weak point ($5-8k) and always keep a Cam Position Sensor ($20) in the glove box with a 10mm wrench. Another common maintenance item is the injector control module. I recommend adding a fuel rail cross over to prevent air getting trapped in fuel system and drilling out the oil drains on the top of the heads to allow better draining back to crank case.

This truck has towed my 5th wheel 4 horse trailer all over the place. It’s been super reliable and never got stuck. It keeps great speed going uphill when towing a full trailer.

2002 Ford F-250 review
My research began of which truck to buy. I couldn't afford a new one so it was definitely going to be a used truck. I looked at both dealerships of Ford and Chevy. Wasn't a fan of Dodge 4WD trucks because of it's looks and it's loud exhaust. The comparisons in Ford won my decision in the F-250 4WD Crew Cab but it came with decisions of which two different diesel engines would be installed in the truck I wanted to purchase. I wanted a diesel engine over gas for it's excellent mileage to and from work. Now, I had to do research which diesel engine would be the best fit for me. I'm guilty for using the web on helping me decide which was the better diesel engine. I chose the 7.3 diesel engine over 6.0 liter because of it's high reviews and reliability. At work, I drove a rental Ford f-450 diesel boom truck at which I enjoyed driving. It's reliability never broke down like the gasoline boom trucks my company purchased later. In 2013, the truck I purchased was over 10 years old. The mileage didn't bother me as much as the price did. The interior was fairly clean. The previous owner took pride in maintaining his truck. I chose leather seats over fabricated ones. Ford's King Ranch almost won my vote for purchasing one of their trucks. Their beautiful leather two tone interior can win anyone's heart. The new trucks had an improved 6.7 liter diesel engine which says has better mileage than the 7.3 diesel engine. I have friends that still drive their early aged F-250's with over a million miles on them. They like to telling me stories of their experiences what their Ford trucks pulled of their private boats or trailers. I chose my F-250 from it's high reviews, it's price, it's beige leather interior, and it's exterior color of dark green. This truck has given me more pleasure than I can explain here on this website. If you choose to buy a truck new or used. Do your research, but buy a Ford truck. You can never go wrong with them.

Great process. No pressure at all and got everything done in a timely manner. I really like how laid back everyone was, but I still got all the attention I needed. Highly recommend.
2009 Ford F-250 review
I bought this truck to pull a fifth wheel. Did magnificently, diesel power and I hardly knew anything was behind me. The mirrors I love. The Back-up Camera not helpful in a fifth wheel situation. The truck setup High handled well pulling the 30 foot camper without a glitch. The comfortable the ride front and back, awesome for travelers. I added the spray in and the tonneau cover prior to install of my hitch.

2017 Ford F-250 review
Over the past 30+ years, I have purchased ~8 different 3/4 ton trucks, mostly diesel fords. The 2017 F250 Platinum has not disappointed, no engine issues and tows like a champ. My only complaint would be the seats are small and the comfort is terrible. You don't really notice it until you drive 5 or 6 hours and you have to stop because your butt and legs are killing you. This was not true with older models where driving across country was a breeze. Ford is not alone in downsizing the seating, even the airlines have done it.

2001 Ford F-250 review
I've owned a 1999 Ford Ranger (too small/underpowered) and a 2002 Ford F-150 (SPARK PLUGS) so I decided to go the next logical step, yet this time I wanted something with no spark plugs so I narrowed my choice down to two white crewcab F-250 XLTs, a 2001 and a 2004, with the PowerStroke 7.3 and 6.0 respectively. After a little further research it quickly became obvious that the 7.3 was the vastly superior option, so I went with the 2001 and I'm SOO glad I did! At least once EVERY DAY a stranger will compliment me on my truck, and this is how the conversation goes almost every time: "Nice truck! What year is it?" "Thank you! 2001." "Is it the 7.3?" "Sure is!" I have had two grandpas, three guys my age, a farm girl and surprisingly a soccer mom all correctly identify that I have a 7.3 under the hood, that should tell you just how widespread/positive the reputation of the engine is, and deservedly so! I'm a pretty novice weekend mechanic, and from the maintenance I have done I can tell you that this engine is extremely user friendly and easy to work on... as long as you are diligent with keeping all your fluids clean and at the proper levels (especially oil!) there's a significant chance that the 7.3 will outlive you! Now the mileage is pretty poor, especially if your truck is lifted/has meaty tires on it (which mine does) but that's OK, it's extremely wise to own a tiny car too to have as an alternative (I have a 2001 Ford ZX2 as well) to help save some $$$ when you don't need to haul anything. Is she the strongest gal in the fight? No, not by a long shot. Is she loud as heck? Sure is! But as I mentioned before, as long as you treat her right and don't drive it like a sportscar/idiot, there's a good chance she'll outlive you! Now onto a couple of the things that aren't the greatest but are all pretty insignificant/just personal preference based.. the turning radius is atrocious. The back seat doesn't fold up and the front seats can be difficult to clean under. This next part isn't solely the 7.3 and is more just the Ford design of the era, but every wire plug that is plugged into a harness or connector are held together by these stupid plastic clips that around 60 percent of the time will break before they unclip, and these clips are EVERYWHERE in the engine and the interior design. Fortunately even with the clip broken the plugs still remain plugged in, but it can be infuriating when you are working on something and you can't get something to unplug. Long story short, if you are on the fence about buying this truck, consider me knocking you off that fence right now and into the comfy seat of your F-250, you won't regret it!!

2020 Ford F-250 review
I own a beautiful Blue Jean color F 250. The truck rides nice and gives a commanding view of the road. It’s reliable and quiet. The only issue I have is a malfunctioning door lock. It stopped working within 2 years of use. My dealership was not very helpful or caring. That’s is a downer. But I love my truck.
