Sales person was new but did the best she could- 5 stars. Finance, rush you through process and did not fully disclose the changes other than the added warranty package was cheaper than previously priced- 3 stars. Dealership online pricing is deceptive. They state significant savings from MSRP that includes freight/ship charges, then state 11K discount online which has freight/ship charges subtracted off (which really isn’t a discount) and put in very small font that discounted price does not include the $$$$ freight/ship charges. Very deceptive and I question legality of it. The overall price for the truck was as good as I could find. The deceptive mathematics they use in their advertising is something to watch out for.

Recently, my Ford Escape was rear ended and I brought it to Mike and Simmy at the body shop. I cannot say enough good things about how they fixed my car and treated me throughout the process. They dealt with the insurance company, got all new Ford parts for the repairs/replacements, kept me updated during the repair process, and just did an overall amazing job. While visiting our daughter from out of town my husband was looking for a truck. With two days remaining before we were to leave to come back to NE my husband found a truck at Car Mart that checked all the boxes. He spoke with Jimmy and confirmed some information and we went for a test drive. There was a little rotor noise and the two rear tires were quite worn. When we let Jimmy know about those concerns he had it pulled into their shop, they fixed the rotor and put two new tires on the vehicle on the spot. We bought it and our real "test drive" was our 1200 mile return trip to Nebraska. Our experience was wonderful and I would recommend CarMart, and Jimmy in particular to anyone shopping in the Manassas area.

Roomy, powerful, comfortable, unique. The ultimate vehicle for towing a camper. Stereo is awesome and also cant beat the massaging seats. Plenty of room for pets also.

I have a 2016 F350 XLT 4x4 single rear wheel with the 6.2 gas. It has ample power and has been 100% reliable with slightly over 100K miles on it. I have a Palamino truck camper and pull a 16' tandem axle trailer with two ATV. The big complaint is the gas mileage which struggles empty to get over 10 mpg, maybe on a long trip on Interstate keeping it at 65-70 mph, 11 mpg. With my load more typically 8 mpg. As was expected for a one ton, empty it has no suspension. Even on a brand new asphalt overlaid road, the ride is rough.
