I found a vehicle and contacted dealer. Set up time to drive down and look at it. Drove down to Scottsdale and they had lease the vehicle as I was driving down. They offered the exact same vehicle in white instead of silver. I purchased the vehicle. Tracy Brown was very informative about the vehicle and nice not pushy, The finance lady was the same. I purchased a 2019 Mazda CX-5 online from Colorado from Mark Mazda. I couldn’t be happier. The online buying process was simple. I could figure out the exact cost of the vehicle ahead of time, which was helpful when comparing vehicles. I feel I got a MUCH better deal than dealers in CO were offering, even with the “inconvenience” of traveling to AZ to pick up the car. James Fajardo, my salesperson, is FANTASTIC!!! He picked me up from the airport, gave me an overview of the vehicle and even took the time to follow up with the prep guys to get a slight scratch I didn’t notice on the vehicle buffed out. My vehicle was immaculate when I picked it up. James really went above and beyond to make me feel my business was valued. I would highly recommend him. I appreciated the dealership’s willingness to work with me as an out of state buyer. Rick in finance was great too. My only complaint (and thus the 4 stars for the buying process) was having to wait about an hour to get in to see Rick. That part could have been better, considering I had a long drive home. It’s an older dealership so there’s not much to the facilities, but that not what I really cared about. I understand they’ll be moving into a brand new place later in the year which looks much nicer. I’m so happy with my experience I would buy another vehicle from James in the future - even with a long drive home!

Had a good experience at Brown and Brown sales this last week. Worked with Jordan and he got me a pretty good deal on a car I've been wanting. Helpful, friendly staff and didn't feel pressured to buy. Good vibes from everyone there. I would recommend to friends and family.

Used to pull travel trailer. Powerful enough to haul big load reliably in nasty weather. 22 mpg when not towing, 9-13 when pulling trailer. Can run easily in cruise under load. Temp range operated in is -30 to 100+ with no problems. The ride is quiet. The 1000+ ft-lbs of torque means you can accelerate in a huge hurry if you need to. This rig is on the road 6-8 months out of the year. You can easily make the run of Houston->Minneapolis in an 18 hour straight shot, it's comfortable and quiet enough. By comfort this means comfy seats yes but more importantly you're not fighting the wheel and getting tired driving in crosswinds. I didn't buy this to impress my neighbours; I bought it to carry and haul, and it does very well doing that.

For a F350 XL work truck this vehicle is nice. Power windows and locks, air conditioning, Bluetooth radio, cloth seats and vinyl floor. Perfect work/farm truck.

Overall I feel like we had a really great experience. I believe I had a fair trade and they honored their word- fixed the car I purchased that had some challenges I noticed at the time of my test drive. Were pretty communicative. I definitely felt heard and taken care of at the end of the day. No pressure to write a review or give a certain rating which I appreciate. Other than scheduled maintenance, I haven't spent a dime on this truck. Bought it used 2ys with ~ 103k miles. It now has 211k and still running strong. One factory recall. Best truck I ever had.

Know what you are buying. This is a high end diesel work truck that can tow anything, and drive down the road in comfort and style. The power and torque are best in class. Very dependable, but not cheap to own and maintain. The best truck I have purchased to date. Ford has been in our family 50+years, for business and pleasure. This truck is a statement!
