Went in to get my 2018 Chevy Tahoe serviced as it was having some issues. The repair ended up being more than we were anticipating and we had been needing a truck so my husband started looking. They showed us a 2016 GMC 3500 with very low miles. They made the process as seamless as possible and even helped to keep our kids entertained during the wait. This is our 3rd vehicle we have bought from them and we love using them! Hudson and Chris were both fantastic!

AWD will be great in the winter, feels very solid. Mine is the non turbocharged but still has plenty of horsepower. It seems like people either love or hate the looks of this wagon shaped crossover suv.

This car had everything we were looking for and then some. It has a third row which was a must, lots of leg room for passengers in the second row and the second row seats recline.

Great experience from drop- off to pick-up. My advisor, Todd Smith and the assigned mechanic are both of the highest integrity and professionalism. I had requested and approved a duplicate service estimate $300. When I was notified the vehicle was ready I was advised I was only being charged for the oil change the other service was approved by my spouse and completed just 5K miles ago during the last oil change. Having our vehicles serviced at Germain consistently exceeds our expectations.

Came here expecting hidden fees and hours of back and forth and found none of that. We worked with Angel and test drove 2 cars fairly quickly. Shortly after we decided on a Scion. The price was a little higher than we budgeted for but Tristen was able to knock the price down a little to where we needed. Walked out the door happy, all within an hour and a half. A+ Dealership and FANTASTIC experience!!!! I am a very particular person and I know what I'm doing and want when it comes to buying cars for over fifty years now. I've bought so many cars in life my friends think I am a dealer. I'm a car guy, I work on all of them myself and I just like cars. I typically buy from private owners because I have a disdain when it comes to car dealerships and sales people. I have hair raising stories to prove this. One of my favorites is when I bought a car online from Florida and had it shipped to Ohio. It had a one thousand mile warranty. The salesperson told me the warranty would be expired upon arrival because it was over a thousand mile transit........On a car carrier....... seriously. While surfing around I find the car I wanted and they are an hour and forty five minute drive. At first I thought that's too far to go kick a tire until I started reading their reviews, the way they acquire the cars and the benefits of their family owned dealership. I was apprehensive about putting my hand on the stove again but my intuition cried out to me saying this would be different. My first fact finding call put me through to Dave who is incredibly sharp and I knew immediately I had to take this shot. I called back to make an appointment and was connected to Rachael who was VERY accommodating and told me to let her know when I was on my and she would hold the car until we arrived. When we got there we met and within a minute felt like family members. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable without any of the usual sales stuff thrown at you. She is absolutely phenomenal! So we get to look at and drive the Lincoln MKZ which was super clean and everything they advertised. All of the cars around it were exceptional too. We did buy the car with unparalleled confidence. The inspection and the attention to detail provided was remarkable. I am elated with Rachael and Dave, the car the dealership and the way we were treated.
