I bought a 2013 Limited with eco-boost a year ago and I love it. It has relatively low miles for the age and has more bells and whistles than any vehicle I've ever owned. I do find the AWD doesn't preform as well as other AWD vehicles I've had. Even with the same kind of all weather tires, I find it slides quite easily on winter roads when taking turns. The length of the vehicle could also be part of the issue. Regardless, I love her! The specs on it were an eye popping $58k when it was new, I'm glad to get it for much less and still enjoy the heated and a/c seats, backup camera, auto parking, and my favorite, the built in mini fridge and freezer between the middle row captions chairs! Ha ha ha what an awesome vehicle. Mid range gas milage has been ok. I've had to replace a couple parts that I suppose were just worn out from age, like the radiator hose. The panoramic roof gives it much needed light so it isn't a big dark box.

This car is the most comfortable! Lots of room, lots of options, a dream to drive. Needed a bigger car that was good in the snow.

I cannot figure out why Ford stopped making this cool car. They ride excellently have plenty of horse-power and are very roomy. I personally think that the same guys that screwed up the design of the Mustangs made the decision to cancel the Flex.

The car meets my needs. I like that is roomy in the front and back. It also has a third row. I purchase this vehicle to help transport some of my daycare children to school.

Brought new in 2009, now has 180000 miles. For the cons had to replace front axles three times, rebuilt front end suspension twice, replaced cooling fans twice under warranty and replaced transmission at 146k. As for the plus side - roomy for adults, love panoramic roof, 26 mpg plus on road trips, room for luggage and cargo, heated comfortable seats, powerful enough for merging into traffic and taking mountains easily, great sound and entertainment system, handles smoothly over rough pavement thanks to 22 in tires. Wish I had telescoping steering wheel that came with 2010 and back-up camera (does alert you if something behind car when backing up) but I have owned trucks, cars, a van and SUVs and still this vehicle is top of my list - owned this vehicle for 11 years, longest I have ever owned a vehicle and plan to drive a few more years!

I had a 2019 Ford Flex and I loved it soooo much! Once I reached 130,000 miles without any problems whatsoever, it was time to get another car. I found out that the Flex was discontinued! I loved it so much that I found a used 2019 Flex with 7,000 miles and I was so happy!! I am so disappointed that this model was discontinued! It was great in ND snow (never got stuck); great mileage; lots of room; comfortable; navigation; back up sensors, etc. Please bring the Ford Flex back!! In the 38 years since I was married and had 5 kids, this has been the BEST vehicle so far!!

I have bought a car from them for my daughter. The car wouldn't accept gas Bob told me to take it to their mechanics their mechanics found some stuff that was wrong with it and Bob took care of me as I was his own family. The Flex is an amazing mid-size SUV, wagon or van depending on who you ask. While it may not get the best MPG, the vehicle is responsive, quick (even on the non-ecoboost) and fun to drive. The styling is definitely it's strong suit, both in being unique inside and out but by also being very practical. Everything is setup in a very natural way, if you use select-shift it's very easy to work with and for two people above 6 feet there's plenty of room in front two row seating. My biggest concern for any potential buyers is the value. I would absolutely recommend a Flex to anyone due to it being very safe and fun but if you want it with more capability or with more features the vehicle can easily get into the higher $20k's and into the $30k's. I definitely recommend the EcoBoost, at the cost of a couple MPG it becomes a very sporty vehicle, but it's only an option on higher trims. 2013 got the updated front-end but I recommend newer years with a newer Sync system that'll support Android Auto/Apple CarPlay. Last thing is to watch out for is EcoBoosts with bad service records and Flex's without their water pump replaced at some point. Both are known to go bad if a previous owner didn't keep up with maintenance.

I love my flex! It’s very stylish and comfortable driving it is a breeze and to beat it all the room is amazing. My kids love all the moon roofs. The heard stearin wheel was a bonus the heated and cooled seats also a plus!

I have owned 3 Ford Flex's. All were super. I am now driving a 2018 and am trying to purchase a 2019 as it is Fords last year to build the Flex. I live in the land of Ice and snow and this car with all wheel drive is the best I have ever driven on Ice and Snow. Very stable. If I drive the speed limit I get 22-23 MPG. It also has lots of room. Its like a station wagon.

Had mine since 2009 awd limited. Today is 2023 and it has 232k miles. Only oil changes tires and breaks. I had my small kids ride on it now I have my grand kids on it. The DVD PLAYER is still being used. I have gone from coast to coast on this vehicle with so much confort. Even helped me moved my kids out of the house and me too. Lots of traveling and camping. Now we got just the dogs and if this Flex ever breaks ill buy another one. Used of course cause they stopped making them. Love this car

I can't understand the general aversion to the Flex. People either love it or hate and I personally love it. We've gotten lots of compliments on the vehicle despite its boxy shape and the lines in the doors give it very classic, vintage appeal. I've owned my Flex for about 4 months now and I believe I have made a very good purchase. The V6 engine provides more than enough power and it runs very quietly. When I pass another vehicle, before I know it I am doing 90+ effortlessly. The SE trim model I purchased is nicely equipped with automatic headlights, SiriusXM satellite radio, compass, exterior temperature, driver-side power seat, and auto-dimming rear-view mirror. I love the room in the vehicle the long wheelbase provides. I am 6'3" and a passenger behind me has plenty of legroom in the second seat. I also have plenty of legroom and headroom while driving. The 3rd row rear seat folds down flat and we use it as a cargo area most of the time, but we are comfortable knowing we have if we drive more people and there's storage underneath the 3rd row seat. The Flex's ride is very supple and absorbs bumps very easily and comfortably. It feels very grounded to the road, but the steering is light and responsive. We get 23-24 overall depending on the conditions and we do a lot of highway driving because we live in a rural county. If I do have a negative about this vehicle at this point it is that the vehicle is low the ground and with a long wheel-base, some times going over speed bumps or other kinds of berms, it does scrape bottom. Otherwise. I think the Flex is a great car and I'm sad Ford has stopped making it, but I'm happy I finally bought one.
