I had a 2019 Ford Flex and I loved it soooo much! Once I reached 130,000 miles without any problems whatsoever, it was time to get another car. I found out that the Flex was discontinued! I loved it so much that I found a used 2019 Flex with 7,000 miles and I was so happy!! I am so disappointed that this model was discontinued! It was great in ND snow (never got stuck); great mileage; lots of room; comfortable; navigation; back up sensors, etc. Please bring the Ford Flex back!! In the 38 years since I was married and had 5 kids, this has been the BEST vehicle so far!!

I have owned 3 Ford Flex's. All were super. I am now driving a 2018 and am trying to purchase a 2019 as it is Fords last year to build the Flex. I live in the land of Ice and snow and this car with all wheel drive is the best I have ever driven on Ice and Snow. Very stable. If I drive the speed limit I get 22-23 MPG. It also has lots of room. Its like a station wagon.

Had mine since 2009 awd limited. Today is 2023 and it has 232k miles. Only oil changes tires and breaks. I had my small kids ride on it now I have my grand kids on it. The DVD PLAYER is still being used. I have gone from coast to coast on this vehicle with so much confort. Even helped me moved my kids out of the house and me too. Lots of traveling and camping. Now we got just the dogs and if this Flex ever breaks ill buy another one. Used of course cause they stopped making them. Love this car

I'm 6'8". The Flex was the only SUV i could fit in comfortably short of full size pickup types. Excellent on the highways. 100% reliable.

I own a 2016 Ford Flex. I love the exterior styling, as I miss the old station wagons and panel vans of the past. It especially looks sharp as I have the gray paint job with white roof. Can spot it in the parking lot from far away!. I've absolutely have had no problems with the mechanics of the vehicle. Only issue has been the sync radio update, which eventually did get remedied. Drives smoothly, is flexible in its cargo and passenger areas and holds a lot. Only negative is the gas mileage. I do more street driving as I live on Maui. Lots of short drives. But averaging 15.5 nowadays is not good. But I will never give it up. Unless I find another used one, or they make it again.

Dealership a little slow on responding to a meeting although the personnel were very personable when we met. I just wish they had pointed out that the car did not have adaptive cruise control or heads up display which evidently came with the upgraded version.

I love my Flex. I love the handling the gas mileage,the style and the safety features, especially the back up camera! I also like knowing how many miles I can drive before I’m empty! Very comfortable ride

I've been looking at this model for about a year or so. I'm so happy I started checking out Carvana and what they had to offer. This Flex is my 1st ford and WOW I'm loving it more each and every day. Performance, looks, comfort, it has it all! My kids even like it, they wanted dad to get something sporty. My wife who doesn't like driving big vehicles (she's 4'9") loves it because the peddles move closer, the seat adjusts up and forward so she feels good driving it. I've got a bad feeling I might loose my new Flex to my wife and kids...

I will say she was extremely knowledgeable with our F250 explaining everything in detail inside and outside the F250. We are extremely happy with our purchase and our truck ran so well during a test drive and after picking it up from the dealer and received allot of looks driving it back to our home almost an hour away. We appreciate all the time Sophie spent with us. This was our 1st Ford pick up but love the looks and all the bells and whistles. I will also say Hope was also extremely knowledgeable about other products so we can make sure our investment always looks the very best. Hope was extremely nice and also a pleasure to work with. I loved my 2002 explorer. It was great on gas, lots of room and traveling in it was perfect. It also lasted me 15yrs. I do not like the new curved look. I was so happy to find the flex with that box look I love. I am very pleased with my flex

I love my flex! It’s very stylish and comfortable driving it is a breeze and to beat it all the room is amazing. My kids love all the moon roofs. The heard stearin wheel was a bonus the heated and cooled seats also a plus!
