This is the only place I would buy my cars, if they don't have what I am looking for I can wait. Very personable, Great customer service. Facilities are very clean and well maintained. Competent staff look into any issues that you may have and polite to boot.

I just got done with my lease of a focus se manual. It was a zippy little car but I dont miss it at all. I never had any issues with it at all so very reliable. I just didn't find it very comfortable plus there was nothing to it. It was a 20 thousand dollar car with nothing in it. Then I just got a 17 jeep renagade with all the options for 18 thousand and it sooo much better quality. You can just the better quality when you drive. Wouldn't recommend the focus
I am proud to say that i can update a prior review of an oil leak on a remanufactured engine that the service department installed. After a conversation with General Manager and his review of my oil leak it has been repaired. I wish that i had not had to go as high up the ladder as i did, but the outcome was good.

Car definitely meets my needs. Love everything about it. Had it for approximately 1 month. But its alot better than my last car. Everything in it works perfectly. The only problem I have with it, is that a piece of the interior door is loose.
Still thinking about my purchase but so far no pressure sales and the salesman I am working with has been very helpful five stars all the way around and they have a lot of selection on the lot.

I love my Focus; bought it new. It gets great gas mileage and has plenty of pep (stick shift). I have about 180,000 miles on it and have just had normal maintenance done on it. But, I'm seeing a lot of rust on it and am not happy with that. It seems to be an all around problem with Fords--so I will not buy another Ford again. Going to look at Honda's instead.
My son was in an immediate need of a reliable, used car with low mileage to take back to college as his car quit on him. We found one he like on online and went to drive it, Jeff answered our questions and had the car and paperwork ready for him to pick up that afternoon, a few days later some trim piece that were missing were sent to him.

I loved the fact that it had the perks of an SUV with the great gas mileage of a small car but that’s where the benefits end. I bought it brand new last year and have already had the clutch replaced twice and the touch screen is faulty. It flickers from dim to bright, and the backup camera glitches. Sometimes the screen goes black altogether. Thank goodness it’s under warranty because it would have cost me multi thousands of dollars to repair. Incredibly disappointing.
Went in to get my current car serviced and came out with a new car! I had been looking around for a few months now since my current vehicle was not working for me any longer. I needed extra seating and a bigger vehicle than what I had. While I was waiting, they were very nice and showed me around the lot. I found exactly what I was looking for and had a great time. Andrew in the service center was very nice and professional. Jackie was the best and financing was easy. I would definitely tell people to check them out.

Car is more reliable and has more interior room than other foreign competitors that I have test driven. It has all of the bells and whistles! Back-up camera, Satellite radio, USB ports, 12V ports, trunk buttons and remote, alloy rims, cruise control, SYNC technology for Hands-Free phone calls and voice commands for radio and phone calls, it's awesome! Drives great, heat & AC fire up immediately! It's a great car!
Thyree Johnson was very helpful during the purchase of our 2018 Jeep Rubicon JL. The rest of the staff were also outstanding and we felt comfortable the whole time during this purchase. A fun car to drive, handles and drives very well. Gas mileage is over 40MPG highway. Seating is comfortable except for the backseat and cabin is cramped. This car has lots of features and technology for the money. Overall a great value. My only complaint so far is the transmission has a slight stumble when in the lower gear when going from a complete stop, it is hard to get use to this and doesn’t always do this consistently.? I very much like driving this car!
For me, this vehicle was too small. However, my son owns his 3rd one, and my friend is on her 5th one, and they love them. The car is reliable, practical. I needed a little more space than what it had. Ride was smoother than I expected. I had no problems or hesitations with it. Great little car.

Great car for a first car. It was very reliable and i never had a large repair on it. Would recommend to anyone for inner city commuting.

Lousy Transmission & Sound System

Have had this vehicle into the dealership multiple times with one clutch replacement. Still have issues due to the lousy transmission design. Now experiencing a loud crackling noise from the sound system where it is now unusable.
It was nice to get beyond the dickering that one is always subjected to from car salespeople. Buying from the comfort of home was nice.

Beautiful hatch back and the blue candy paint is beautiful, I bought this car for my wife and she loved it until about 10,000 miles the transmission starting slipping or shuttering . Carried it back to The Ford dealer and I was told that the tranny was supposed to slip or shutter when it shifted . I was told that there was nothing wrong . I asked the Ford dealer why did it take 10,000 miles before it started this shifting crap !!!! I have purchased 5 new Fords over the years and I am very dissatisfied with this 2017 focus. It’s time to trade before the warranty runs out !!!!
All around great service. Friendly and honest service. Comster service was always available. I recieved my vehicle within four days after the completed process, of paper work.

This car has met all of our needs. We put a ton of miles on it over the past year and a half and haven't maintained it as well as we should have, but its still running without any issues. (60,000 miles) all it has needed are new tires, brake pads, and oil changes. The transmission is sometimes a little odd sounding - shutters a little, and not as strong/tight feeling as it was when we purchased the car (continuous transmission).
The interior feel, solid road feel, and great gas mileage have you feeling as though your driving a more expensive car than what it is.
I've really enjoyed this vehicle and would recommend it to anyone trying to save money on a new or lightly used car.
Overall I love it. The styling is gorgeous. I have never and will likely never need any major maintenance on it. Ford has the power to surprise.
