Excellent purchase experience???AGAIN!

Feb 2016 marks my second purchase of a RAM pickup from Reno Dodge - and the entire purchase experience was PERFECT! I was away from the area when I decided to purchase a used pickup and logged onto Auto-Trader to find a used truck. The best deal I could find on Auto-Trader for my price range was a NEW 2015 RAM! It was priced thousands below used trucks (that already logged 20-50K miles!). I was shocked! Certainly believing this was going to be a bait-n-switch experience - you know??? "ONLY ONE AT THAT PRICE"???. (after all, it had been several years since the purchase of my first RAM from Reno Dodge - and there was a change of management), I wrote to their internet Sales Manager, Victor Milligan. Victor responded with a SIGNED WRITTEN QUOTE via email! I still wasn't convinced however, I responded to Victor via email and made an appointment to preview the truck the following week. I also asked if there were alternatives if the advertised black pickup got sold before I returned to the Reno/Tahoe area. He assured me there were at least 2 more identically priced and equipped (in black - and at least 5 others in other colors)! I arrived in Reno 2 days later, showed up for my appointment and Victor had the NEW BLACK PICKUP cleaned and waiting for a test drive. I shared with him my concerns about getting the proper financing, so he introduced me to the Sales Director and the Finance Director. I met with them for a brief 5 minutes to state my requirements for financing - and they committed to meet my objective to the best of their ability - making it clear there were no guarantees. Their commitment satisfied my inquiry. So, while Victor wrote up the contract (with an even better deal than the advertised price due to the method of calculating rebates and finance charges to provide me with the best discount possible - thank you Brian Costello), Finance worked their magic (Thank you Scott Rogers) and secured a program that exceed my requirements (thank you again Brian Costello). The paperwork was completed (Thank you Eddie Hill) whilst Victor had the truck given another cleaning once over. I walked in the dealership at 6PM. At 7PM, I drove away in a NEW TRUCK, FULL NEW VEHICLE WARRANTY, ROCK BOTTOM PRICE, AWESOME FINANCING???and smiles all around. Thank you Victor Milligan, Brian Costello, Scott Rogers, and Eddie Hill - the Reno Dodge team that made this vehicle purchase experience the best I've ever had in 42 years of car/truck buying! I will continue to be a fan of Reno Dodge - and I will continue to provide excellent recommendations and referrals to this dealership.
