We were interested in a vehicle at CarMax about 275 miles from where we live. We paid to have the car delivered to the location near us. There was nothing specific that the CarMax dealer did other than be sure the car was moved as quickly as possible. We did not visit the location where the car was being offered and the car was not delivered to our home.

Peppy little car. Fun to drive around the town. Plenty of leg room for me 6 ' 4" and 280 lbs, but a bit of a twist to get into. Would not recommend for anyone commuting to work over 25 miles each way.

I have a 2016 Ford Focus Electric. It has been 100% reliable. Use it for running errands. It took a couple of weeks to get used to the electric range. But the car has exceeded my expectations.

I have good experience with this dealership. Pro and cons: Pro: excellent customer service. Thank you Valerie Naval. She helped me and explained everything I asked her. Cons: Car needs to be prep for sale, deep cleaning or at least check it out for anything leftover from previous owner. But Valerie offer me reimbursement for detailing my car. Most of all if you don't like your car for any reason return policy excellent with out any hidden fees, check with your salesperson for details. I would recommend Carmax to my friends .

Original owner of a 2017 now with 69,000 miles. Great commuter and for running errands. Only maintenance costs were tires and the 12volt battery (not the EV battery). Motor and transmission were replaced a year ago for free under warranty due to trans bearing failure. It took them 2 months but free to me. My net cost new was $15k and it is worth that today.

The 2016 Focus Electric is rated for 75 miles per charge, I have been averaging 90-95 per charge! I have had the car about 3 months. I am single and live alone so the small trunk space is not an issue for me.

I really love this car. I drive it to work everyday and can charge it every other day. I’m in Los Angeles and drive highways and streets into Hollywood. I’ve even driven down from Pasadena to Orange County. When there’s tons of traffic it’s pretty easy to get there and then charge. I have a Tesla p100d as well and for practical ness the Ford is unassuming and gets me to work without any pretense. No majors problems. A few recalls but it was all covered. Bought mine with 800 miles on it from Galpin and it came with lifetime warranty on the drivetrain. Not sure if it covers the battery. Pretty respectable real world local range. Trunk space is hindered by battery but that’s why I have other cars to haul stuff.

I love the car, handles great and has great pick up. The Ford sync features are excellent tools for hand free driving. The Ford App lets me monitor the charging of my car throughout the day and even allows me to control the charging during the day to use the lowest voltage rate.

They were very helpful and totally gave me as much information about the vehicle needed. There location is just to far from where I live and the extra expense to fly and drive for two days to arrive back home just made it expensive for me. Thank You for your assistance.

4+ years and zero maintenance. I bought it used and it has been perfect for my use-case, which is driving to work, running around town, and taking kids to and from. The battery is small, so it's not ideal for a 1-car family, but is perfect as a low-cost 2nd car (appliance, as I like to call it) or for a teen driver. Plug it in, charge it up, and it always works.

Have a 2013 FFE with 100,000 miles on it. In service 8 years. So we got another FFE 2017. Range is even more and can fast charge in many locations for free.

Abby and Shawn in service were excellent. They both were patient with all my questions, provided credible answers, and, upon our approval of the repairs, had them done within 24-hours. They went the extra mile to have the car test-driven both before (to confirm our reported symptoms) and after the repair (to confirm problems had been resolved). Good car with a proper autonomy in summer but in winter the range falls below 120 km. It is a fairly heavy car but it have very good tires so its compensated especially in turns . the back is heavier than the front and the driving is weird at high speeds but nothing disturbing I had the right to undergo a strange bug but it never redone ? he interior is beautiful and I like the look outside which is very uncluttered. What to say about the maintenance but what maintenance by the maintenance of the brakes and tires! The parts of the vehicles ford are very cheap so the maintenance too .
