I purchased a 2017 Jeep Wrangler from Shelor Motor Mile in November 2021. My wife and I were very pleased with the results of the purchase and the service Shelor provided over the next three years. We decided in the summer of 2024 that we were tired of the Jeep and decided to see what Shelor had to offer in the Toyota line of SUV’s. We visited Shelor Toyota and after working with the salesman on a trade, we purchased a new 2024 Highlander. Have been nothing but pleased with our purchase and the service at Shelor Toyota. Best car I’ve ever owned. Ford hit a home run with their latest hatchback rocket ship. Not only is it the top of the heap for hot hatches. They only brought approximately 5000 into the states. Now that they stopped bringing them in the prices are rising. I’ve seen $50K for a 2016 at auction. I paid $39K new fun fun fun

Best experience ever in buying a vehicle! To start with I was interested in a truck at the Fon Du Lac dealership and after texted them my interest I received a call within an hour. I told her (forgot name) I lived in Minocqua so she kindly said they could transfer it up here if I put down a minimal down payment. Within days it was delivered here at the Minocqua dealership. From this point on I had the pleasure of dealing with Ansen who was very professional, informative, courteous, and patient with me (I am extremely hard of hearing). As I was in the process of selling my personal vehical he put a two week hold on there vehicle which I can’t thank The Lenz dealership enough for doing that. They even went further as my bank put a 7 business day hold on the check I received for my vehicle and let me take the vehicle with a post dated check. Thank you Ansen and Lenz Truck for making my buying experience so GREAT!

What a difference the experience purchasing this truck from you was compared to the idiocy we experienced trying to purchase a vehicle from the largest dealership in the state! It was a vehicle we really wanted, but we did NOT purchase from that other place, nor will we. For all of the help we didn't receive from that salesman, they might as well sell cars at a kiosk. I was very happy with you for the assistance we received with the options we included (warranty and paint/interior protection). You were willing to try to save us money where you could. At the other dealership, no such service.  It is what it is, take it or leave it.   We left it. And your "after the sales" help was greatly appreciated. I was pleasantly surprised with my recent purchasing experience with West Coast Auto Works. Nick, the salesman, was polite, friendly, and helpful. Steven (Stephen?) in the finance department was fantastic as well, and it was refreshing that both of them were car guys. The pricing was transparent and fair and they were able to truly surprise me with a fantastic loan. I was also very appreciative of the speed with which the process was completed. I know that many dealerships train their staff to keep prospective customers on the sales floor for as long as possible; I was set up with a test drive, given a clear price, and provided options for financing very quickly. And--this bears repeating--the experience was excellent and I was amazed at the quality of the financing. I have no complaints.

Christopher was an excellent sales consultant during a busy year-end with a more complicated sale that required shipping the vehicle out of state to a rather picky buyer (me). Compared to another dealer I contacted this experience was “night and day”. I’d definitely recommend others to consider working with this dealership at least for the sales experience. I particularly enjoyed the fact that Chris found another RSX driver amongst the White Bear employees to perform a brief road test of my eventual car to set my mind at some ease for a real-world experience. They also were fairly cooperative about most of my requests to “seal the deal” (minor touch-up/clean up items). My only suggestions would be to see about hastening the shipping experience if that’s even possible and put a bit more effort into detail of the car before listing for sale - the car had been in their hands for a couple of months and just needed a couple small detail items to make it close to perfect for selling a 20+ year old vehicle (these were the items I had to request at time of negotiation). Nice work overall - just looking forward to the shipper to arrive that will be a great day!

I purchased a 2026 Ford Expedition (King Ranch). The was no pressure from the salesperson (Mark Gottwald). He was friendly compassionate and understanding when it came to the model of vehicle I wanted. We were allowed to take the vehicle for a test drive which allowed me to make my decision on purchasing the vehicle. He assisted with the trade in value of my car. The finance manager (Chris Jansen) methodically went over every detail of the paperwork (maintenance plan, Gap Insurance and title application) to ensure we understood all the information and acknowledged our and Fords responsibilities. Experience for others may not meet their expectations, but for me in my opinion, Overall, my experience was great with the dealership at Capitol City Ford located on East Washington Street, Indianapolis, IN.
