I recently experienced an issue with my truck while in New Orleans for a cruise. The truck was towed to Supreme Nissan, the dealership where I originally purchased it. This was the first time I had to utilize Nissan Roadside Assistance, and the service could not have been better or faster. While my family and I were enjoying our cruise in the Caribbean, she communicated with us via email, which was incredibly reassuring knowing that upon our return, I would need to deal with the truck immediately. Our family had urgent travel requirements upon debarkation. Nicoles assistance was invaluable. She coordinated the drop-off, ensured a priority inspection, and worked diligently to get us back on the road as quickly as possible. She facilitated a quick diagnosis and was able to expedite the necessary part, which she successfully did. What could have easily resulted in a week's delay for our family turned into an incredibly smooth and stress-free turnaround in just a day and a half. The entire Service Team was awesome, and her personal dedication and professionalism were the absolute best. Update from JJ Newark NJ. Now have my blue 2011 Ford Fusion for almost 2 years. Best car 🚙 I have ever had . Just had issue with door handles because of a plastic part but mechanic says this is common on this car .Only thing I have serviced is transmission @55;000 miles and they reprogrammed it.As a result of that service car is definitely running much smoother. I change oil every 5000 miles and air filter s 10,000 mile intervals: Car now has 65,000 miles and runs brand new. Love ❤️ it. Thanks Ford for making a super automobile 🚙🇮🇪🍀🙏
