I was looking for a specific Ford Truck, a F350 Diesel. I found one on Cars.com that was at Interstate Ford. I live about 2 hours away from the dealership. I have always driven a Ford and had a 2012 Ford Fusion SE, and drove it to 266,000 miles. My 2020 Fusion Titanium is awesome!!

The customer service was excellent. I had already purchased a car from them 2 and half years ago and knew to go back after my first experience with them before was a breeze. You 3 man helped me out above and beyond to get the car that was more suitable, affordable and safe for my family. Which I?m in love with more than my first pick. I had initially went in hoping to get a Mercedes-Benz from a different location Dan work very fast to get me the car but just to find out it had problems. Dan would not let me drive off the lot with this car due to it having a check engine light. He had it serviced and found complications with the car. I was disappointed that I had to go back to square one of trying to find another car and Jesse successfully succeeded with that. I had sent him numerous pictures of car I was looking at and he first showed me my Kia. I test drove it and I knew it was the car I wanted so I got my Kia sportage which was a way better choice for me. Jesse also service my car put a new battery in with no hesitation to make sure I had no problems. A+ satisfactory with customer service. Brandon never gave up and helped me with a affordable car and made sure I got the warranty i needed. Recommending this is vehicle as an owner of am Ford Fusion, would be absolutely absurd if I did not! What such an amazing car that the Ford industry has manufactured!! Shout out to you guys "Ford" thank you so much for an outstanding job! Absolutely loves the remote start control, after starting remotely still having too insert the key for switching gears to drive. Very amazing, without the key inserted, once you place your foot on the brakes to try to change gears the engine kills, to me mu opinion am very safe an outstanding security setup for car thefts to be prevented. Especially for the cold winters and needing my vehicle to be warmed and the engine going for when I get in my car the heater wouldn't need time to warm up. I have such relax and ease knowing my car is fine being started while me not being inside of it, that no-one can drive away with my vehicle with having the keys inserted. Yet my car was gifted to me but my grandfather but wow such an amazing gift ever !! I say very sincerely, stating that this the every 1st car reviews I've ever done after having many 🙏💛

I find it interesting that 3 years after the fusion went out of production people are still writing about how they like it and so it's very interesting Ford has not offered anything to truly replace it. The Mach e is way to expensive, and does not have the range. I love our Fusion, and at my age it will be my last car. I understand why Ford dropped the Fusion I just think it was the wrong decision. Other manufacturers saw that market and the opportunity ,ford said you can have it.

Love the style got the2020 S model put I upset it didn’t have a cd player in it got the 2.5 motor made by Mazda 175 HP . Not fast but OK 👍 rides great. Still turns head till this day or maybe because mines white looks like an undercover police car with tinted windows it has .

A 2014 and 2019 Fusion I’ve had. Still driving the ‘19. ‘14 was that great red color, Se but back then you could load it ( came like that ), An SE model with leather, moonroof heated seats - same as top of line except no Sony radio. Had a 2008 Audi A6 - this Fusion reminded me so much of the Audi, when pulling away has this heavy feel, almost as quiet as A6. almost as smooth- interior - we know who took that. My 2019 has 109K on it - really only one problem, check engine light came on - Oxygen sensor - tires, brakes battery, I read somewhere that Ford stopped it because they didn’t really make any money, the SUV craze. Simple car no problem. First new car for me was 1985 Toyota Corolla - 13 years and 235,000 miles when the head gasket went.

I owned the 2013 Fusion SE with the 2.0 Liter Turbo engine for 10 years, and I loved it. It even had paddle shifters! It got me where I wanted to go, never left me stranded, even started right up in 6-degree weather on a trip last Dec. where it spent the night outside. Everything worked reliably - only replacements have been battery & tires. I kept it well-maintained and garaged when home, so that helps.

I have a 2019 AWD titanium with the 2 lt ecoboost. I hear bad things about the engine later but it hasn't been an issue at all. Bought it at 32k miles now at 62k after 4 years. Has been very reliable for me. Had to replace the tires, brake pads, and battery after 4 years but all that is standard wear and tear. Otherwise no issues at all except for one time when I needed to reset the console as it was stuck showing only the backup camera view. The equipment on the Titanium is exceptional. It really is as good or better than the top spec of many cars now in production in terms of equipment. I love the safety features and with the AWD it just can't slip even in torrential rain. This is important for me as where I live there are two or three lane regular roads that wind around quite a bit (with reasonable hills) but have a 55-65 mile an hour speed limit. Haven't tried it in snow but I imagine it will be equally good there. On dirt tracks its just fine even though it has limited clearance. Its basically a car for anyone. It's sporty enough that it can perform well (I have checked and the 0-60 is indeed around 6 seconds), however with AWD and all the safety features it works as a family car too and the Titanium spec is comfortable enough for a long distance cruiser and feels pretty luxurious. The 13 speaker stereo is also really nice for long journeys. The only bad thing about it is the fuel economy isn't great especially if you drive it sportily at all. But if, like me, you want a great all round car that you can on the odd occasion take to a track and not look completely stupid, this one is definitely fine and even the paddles respond fast.

140,000 trouble free miles so far. Nothing more than scheduled maintenance. Drives great, acceleration very good with a 240 hp tubo. May get a new one when available.

Trying to get reimbursed for failed TIR ROD ENDS THAT CAUSED CRASH at 73,00/ miles. Originals had plastic plates, not safe. Had MOOG brand to replace. Other than that and worn tires (Michelin Defenders). No serious issues. Handled well in corners. Fair, not great, fuel mileage. 3.0, 24 valve engine other. No leaks so far. Tie rod ends caused CRASH. Overcharged times FOUR to repair. Upsetting. I keep car up to showroom quality. Tie rod ends that BREAK,van cause death or huge injury. However. Insecure now psychologically. Afraid of more issues. xxxx!

I absolutely love this car. One of the best investments I have ever made. This is the Third ford vehicle I have owned. Its got a really smooth ride. I love the safety features. I drove my Fusion from California to Ohio and back. I was averaging 725 miles to the tank. My only disappointment is that they no longer make the Ford Fusion Hybrids.

Great first car in my opinion, I’ve had 2 fusions now. My second one 19’ SE ecoboost (current) does have its issues such as transmission problems that I’ve never had in my 16’ SE but it rides comfortably, looks good, very safe and puts down some good power for a 1.5 liter. When I got into my accident with the 16’ it was honestly not bad, solid hit but I barely moved and the car took the impact really well (airbags did not deploy) ford is really tough lol. I’m in love with this car and I hoping to transfer to fusion sport soon. Definitely a sleeper just wish it could look more aggressive

The Ford Fusion SE FWD has proved itself to be a solid choice. It is reliable in stop-and-go traffic and is nimble enough to overtake other cars on highways. It is also quite comfortable, although the headrest is quite uncomfortably placed. The suspension absorbs most of the road's vibrations. When turned on at lower speeds, the motor can be louder than expected, but the transition between electric and ICE power is quite smooth. The design is aggressive, and it looks quite good. The car is also reliable, and parts aren't hard to find. The infotainment system, however, is not as sophisticated as expected, but not in a pleasant way. Overall, I would still recommend the car; it's practical, reliable, and nimble.

2017 Ford Fusion Sport: I bought this car April 2019 with approximately 6000 miles on it. It was a personal lease vehicle from Michigan that sold at auction to the dealership I purchased it from in Wisconsin. I currently have 55,000 miles on it. I bought this car because of its power and stability on the road. I took it on a round trip from Wisconsin to Maine and back and it performed beautifully while averaging 30+ miles per gallon. The myriad features on this car are incredible. From adaptive cruise control and lane deviation sensors to automated ride suspension, this has been a joy to own and drive. Auto dimming rear view and side view mirrors make driving easy, day and night. Remote start during winter months is a huge feature, especially with the heated seats, steering wheel and climate control. The sporty look and feel of this car along with its streamlined design make me a proud owner. I’ve received many compliments by onlookers.

I've owned a 2017 Ford Fusion SE since 2019 and it's been amazing, right up until someone hit-n-run me causing it to be declared a total loss. I've mostly driven the highway in my Fusion and honestly I'm going to miss it, it's been an amazing vehicle. Started at 33k miles and ended at 74k only having to replace the rotors, brakes and tires in the 5 year time frame.

My parents bought me the 2013 Fusion Titanium in Sept 2022 and two months in, the car is still giving me the giggles. Within these two months, I've found the comfort to review my stance on it but before I do that I'll explain my first thoughts I had when I saw it for the FIRST TIME. First of all, I have it in the Ruby Red and that stood out to me. The car has an aggressive styling which is another highlight of mine and seeing it in red had me thinking it was at least a 2018 car but it is a 2013. The styling has really aged well. I also loved the rear spoiler and the fog lights. Now that I've had it for two months, here is how I feel: I love the taillight design especially with the LEDs. I do not like that the headlamps are halogen for 2013 Titanium package. I also think the car is quite low especially over high-speed bumps and seating in general. I put the memory seats on the highest level and I am 5'10. I love the touch-sensitive buttons which gets alot of hate but I think it's unique and luxurious. I love the keyless entry, remote start and the paddle shifters. Oh my gosh the horsepower and torque really kicks with the paddle shifters.

Best car I’ve ever owned really reliable as long as you keep up with the maintenance, this car will last for a very long time

I've had two Fusions, a 2016 Eco Boost and a 2019 SE Hybrid and they were both really great cars. The only reason I don't have one now is because I need an SUV since I'm an avid skiier. I hated selling the second and hope to have one again. They were both SO reliable and I didn't have to fix a thing on either of them during the lease duration. They're solid and have a 5-star safety rating. I literally felt safer in my Fusions than I do in my Nissan Rogue. The Rogue doesn't have the solid frame the Fusion does. I absolutely recommend.

The car we purchased was just as described in the advertisement. Will, our salesperson, was friendly and helpful. We were able to negotiate the price we needed on our trade and received a fair price for it with minimal negotiation. All of the staff we dealt with in person and on the phone were helpful and friendly. The responses to our phone queries were answered quickly and efficiently. I was able to arrange a time to test-drive our vehicle were done quickly and on our own schedule. This dealer was able to per-certify our vehicle which allows us to access the remainder of our full new vehicle warranty and transfer the service agreement from the previous owner. The car was delivered clean and fully charged which was great as we were from out of town and had a 100 mile return trip to home. The whole purchase was handled start to finish in just a few hours, which was one of the quickest sales closings I hav experienced in many cars purchased over the years. Nice work in a pleasant atmosphere.

I'm a Ford person. You cant get the Ford out of me. I have always liked their style and features. And the price of my Fusion was a plus. I have always owned a Ford vehicle and they always step it up to keep my interest intrigued. All of the Ford vehicles I've owned were comfortable, sturdy, great power (motor wise) and fancy for me.
