The Ford Fusion Hybrid Energi is a wonderful vehicle. Our “company” previously had Crown Vic’s. Ford came out with a pursuit variant of the Energi, and I was assigned to drive it. As I recall, we bought 10 of them. They were very durable. I liked the car so much, that after I retired I bought one. On a trip from Arizona to California, I can get 50 mpg. Or I can run around town in Electric mode for about 35 miles. There are 2 caveats to point out. Certain 2019 and 2020 cars are under a recall, and the trunk is very small. 2 sets of golf clubs is all that will fit. I have seen gasoline at the $7.99 level, in Needles, CA, so the hybrid aspect of this car is very helpful. I can go about 625 miles on a full tank, and a full charge.

I really like this car! It is a PHEV and has a 25 miles range at speeds up to 84 mph. It goes to about 95% of the places I travel to and returns completely on electric power. It is perfect for my family. Ford made a huge mistakes when they stopped making sedans in the USA!

I bought this car used about a month ago for a commuter and I've only filled up once. The fuel efficiency is slightly below 60mpg. It's a comfy drive, interior is plush, and the exterior styling is beautiful.

I bought my 2025 Maverick last May, and I have all of my services done at the dealership. We have a great relationship. Everyone is always friendly and willing to help with any questions I have about my vehicle. I haven’t had any problems with my truck, but we keep the oil changed and the tires rotated on a regular basis. I just had a bed cover that I purchased from Ford put on and it looks great!

The safety features are incredible. The comfort and adjustment features are wonderful. And so nice to make so many short trips just on electricity. We fill up with gas about once a month! And been very reliable so far

For my husband & I it's perfect. It does most of our driving on electric power, so it's much cheaper. To date We've driven it about 900 miles and it's averaged 64 mpg combination EV/Hybrid. It does way better than Ford, or any of the car mags said it would. All they show is equivalent of 97mpg EV, 20 miles range, & 42 mpg average in Hybrid mode. But, it's the combination mileage that matters. We constantly see better than 100 mpg in EV mode.

Super reliable car! I have yet to replace the brakes. Only major purchase was a set of replacement tires. Had a 90,000-mile full checkup, and had nothing noted as deficient. I only wish the batteries for propulsion could maintain a higher value. They have decreased from 22 miles of power to 12 miles.

Car is very comfortable, the ride is smooth. With the plug in, can get to work and back without using gas!! The truck is small because of the battery, but actually is high so we still use it for travelling.

I've owned the 2020 Fusion plug-hybrid for two years. I have gotten as high as 33 miles on battery. Slow starts and moderate acceleration gets you 33 miles. Add the AC or heat you'll get 26. It gets me all around town on electric. Trips get 44 mpg. A lot cheaper than owning a full electric car and a gas car. Cville VA.

We were in the market for a new van, and would casually check online for one at the right price. We saw one come up for the Decatur location and I sent in an online inquiry that evening. I was contacted the next morning by Lane who was very courteous and willing to help. When we came to look at it, he was very knowledgeable without being pushy. We never felt cornered into something we weren't sure about. He was easy to work with and made us feel comfortable. The manager we also interacted with was great. This was our second time purchasing a vehicle from Honda Decatur and I'm sure it won't be our last!

The only issue that I have is that they wouldn’t drop the price of the vehicle to what was shown on the internet. I was told that they have no control over what a third party pricing. Otherwise they were courteous and responded to my inquirie quickly.

I have been wanting an ev for a long time now. My main concern was the range. I wanted a Tesla but to get the range you need for those occasional trips, you needed to spend a lot to upgrade it. I was driving a Lincoln MKC but I needed a vehicle that could be flat towed behind an rv and the fusion hybrid energi fit the bill. First thing I noticed was that the drive in ev mode is smoother and quieter than the Lincoln. The performance is ok off the line but after that , there is really only one rate of acceleration in ev mode. If you really need to lay on the gas, you need to be in hybrid mode and let the engine kick in. Anyway, I have a 25 mile commute to work every day and they have free charging there. For me this is the best option overall. I love the styling, it is wonderful to drive and I can drive the long distances when needed. The other thing is that these can be purchased pretty cheap since ford is getting away from sedans. I got mine used with 8k miles for about 60% of the asking new price. So overall, I love the looks, the ride, the range, the interior. Only negative like I said is the performance. My previous car had a turbo and was pretty quick, but for such a smooth ride and to drive practically for free, I’ll take the energi over the old car any day.

Recently, we were looking to upgrade our 2022 Chevy Trax for something more spacious, with newer tech. We even considered going EV. An employee named Celso was kind and knowledgeable enough to walk us through the pros and cons of SUV verses EV. We enjoyed our experience.

almost 100% trouble-free in 10 years and almost 100k miles. 45+mpg on highway. 72mpg overall since 2013. Regenerative braking means still on original brake pads... only 33k miles on gasoline engine.
