Bobby, my Service advisor, kept me posted on the status of my warranty claim with our third party warranty company. The warranty company was not on time and very hard to get information from. Legacy and my advisor in particular, were helpful in his over communicating of the status and progress. When repairs were finally approved, the parts and repairs were promptly delivered and completed.
