Wayne County Ford's service department absolutely restored my faith in honest mechanics. I brought my 2019 Escape in after my local mechanic could not get anywhere with my check engine light. He replaced all my spark plugs and coils for a misfire. I never trusted dealerships so i was weary setting up the appointment. Tammy was great and listened to my concerns and got me scheduled. After they looked at my vehicle, they informed me that the misfire was from my engine burning coolant. She told me that normally this is a very costly repair and that my engine would need replacing, but luckily there is a warranty extension on the engine, and it would be replaced at no cost to me. Tammy got me in a loaner vehicle while the repairs were being made. I picked up my vehicle and no more check engine light; I couldn't be happier. Tammy is wonderful and I highly recommend Wayne county Ford.

Wayne County Ford was great to deal with. Due to the current supply situation, I had to order a vehicle but they made this easy and even though it took much longer than expected to arrive they were friendly to deal with. I traded my vehicle in when I ordered, and in the 10 Months it took Ford to make the vehicle they honored the order price, handled the trade paperwork and taxes properly, and didn’t add on any Administrative fees that many other dealer are doing for these high demand ordered vehicles. In a tough market where new vehicles are just hard to get, they are doing a great job and being very honest and reliable. Things have changed in the way vehicles are purchased and sold, and they are adapting well to this new market.

I cannot speak any higher of my experience with the professionals at Ray Price Mount Pocono dealership. The customer service I received is some of the best I have experienced anywhere. I randomly chose Ray Price simply because they had a great selection of the type of used vehicle I was looking for; I wanted to avoid hopping from one place to the next. They were an hour away, but the drive was worth it to me. My buying experience went very smoothly – they made it stress-free and easy. I highly recommend working with Jimmy – he wasn’t there to sell me a car; he was there to help me find a car that would fit my personal needs and one that I loved while still staying within my budget. He is extremely knowledgeable, easy to work with, friendly and honest, and listened carefully to help make relevant recommendations. A bit of a twist… I had a problem with my vehicle when I took it home. If I had purchased from a private seller or one of those roadside car dealers, this story would not have had a good ending. However, both Jimmy and Brian (general manager) worked with me to make things right. They were extremely cooperative, helpful and respectful. The situation was examined thoroughly, and many fair options were offered and considered. It naturally took some time to work through the process, but Brian had great follow through in keeping in touch with me along the way. I am extremely pleased with the positive outcome and – long story short – very thankful I went to Ray Price Mount Pocono to purchase my vehicle. Words can’t express how my daughters and l were treated when we walked into the building. I would like to think my brother Joe recommending me to go look for a car at Romao Ford. We were seated in the waiting area where they had the snacks along with coffee and water. Trarjin introduced himself and walked out to look at the vehicle of my choice. Had a great experiencing buying our 2025 F150 XLT. Randy in Sales was great - applied no pressure. He was relatable and easy to talk to while we waited for Finance. Ryan in Finance was great and had much of the paperwork already printed and ready for review/signature. My only frustration was with the IT system and my information not transferring completely to the next teammate or certain forms not being accessible. I had to repeat info several times so it could be reentered downstream. Randy and Ryan were very apologetic, but the IT system reliability may be an area for improvement.
