Chuck Spaeth Ford is the dealership I wish I knew 40 years ago when I started buying vehicles. They have consistently been very comfortable to deal with AND competitively priced. You may think it's an unfair advantage that their two locations are in two relatively small towns, but their atmosphere, pricing, and ability match (or beat) the larger town dealerships takes them to the front of line line for me every time. I called because I had smoke coming out of the front left wheel area with a small flame which I was able to extinguish. They told me to call the towing service which I did They found that the caliper was stuck causing some other damage. They did the repairs which I am very pleased with.

Owatonna Motor Company review
Traveling to AZ from northern MN, had a DEF service notice show on the dash while going thru St. Paul. Called OMC and the service rep said bring it in. They checked our Ram 3500 for codes, consulted the diesel tech, and gave reconditions to proceed. No work was done, no charge for time taken and electronics used for diagnosis. We continued on feeling well treated and soundly advised. They are good people.
2026 Ford Maverick review
Hybrid model gets great mileage. Car is quiet and comfortable especially for a truck. Lariat package has nice options a very versatile small truck and great value.

Dave Syverson Auto Center review
As a woman going into a dealership on my own can be very intimidating. I don't know anything about vehicles, motors, etc. I had found a vehicle I liked online and came in to just look at it possibly test drive it. I was expecting a negative experience similar to the one I had gotten previously at a different. dealership. However this was completely different. Jake and Darren are absolutely wonderful! Jeff Belzer's New Prague review
Purchased a 2024 Ram 2500. The sales staff was excellent to work with and very personable. I would recommend doing business here and will try to in the future. I flew there from Nebraska to make this purchase and was nervous. When I got there I soon realized I had made the right choice. Sales personnel were not pushy and very down to earth and didn’t not try to force anything on you that you did not want. After I bought the truck I jumped in it a drove home six hours with no regrets and no issues on the truck I picked.
