Our company truck was due for maintenance and I was holding off due to the Shelter in Place order. In the meantime, the brakes started to grab a little, so I called Chase at Bob Allen Ford. I was relived to hear they had a plan for avoiding contact, and sent a loaner and took our truck in. A day later all is up to par mechanically and the truck is retuned. Ewald's Venus Ford review
We found a used Ford Escape online and worked with the helpful internet agent to schedule an appointment to test drive. Baha at the Cudahy Ford location was attentive, polite, and professional.
