My experience with Lombard Ford was extraordinary. The website and online information are accurate and well organized. As a result, it is easy to shop for cars only and find a car that fits one's needs. In addition, it was straightforward to set up an appointment for a test drive. Our sales consultant Mark Jones was fantastic. He explained everything my wife and I needed to know regarding the car we were interested in detail. He is friendly and very knowledgeable. He was transparent when describing the features he thought were important when buying a vehicle. The finance manager Mike Mans was phenomenal. He is exceptionally polite and trustworthy.
