At 4:50pm on a Friday, they took him in, found the part, installed it, and had him back on the road in half the time estimated! They went above and beyond!

We were driving our Toyota Highlander home on Dec. 27th when the engine message suddenly told us to get off the road and stop the engine immediately. A police officer kindly contacted the nearest dealership which was Fourstars Ford. Eli from Ford arrived and accessed the engine noting we were leaking too -much oil when the engine ran. We called our AAA to be towed to the dealership. Eli then shuttled myself and young daughter to the dealership for comfort. He then went back to the Toyota where he and my husband sat in his warm truck while waiting about an hour and a half for the tow truck. At Ford, techs changed an oil cooler tubing and informed us that we could drive it home now. They were kind, considerate and said it's Christmas so no charge. To our relief we made it home that night 5 hours later without incident. We just could'nt believe they would not take our money for about an hours work. This review will show our gratitude, thanks again!

I just wanted to say how refreshing it was to have a GREAT experience! I'm 68, and recently puchased a used vehicle from McGraw Ford. Not only did a I receive a good price, they bettered the offer I was getting with the financing, so of course I took their offer. But they went beyond that... within a day or two after my purchase,the vehicle developed a problem with the AC. I was worried that they would not make it good, but I was assured that it would be taken care of by Mike, the general sales manager. He is a man of his word. They replaced the AC compressor for me. He was so nice and patient even when I wasn't. The process was pretty quick. I spent only a few hours on Saturday picking out a vehicle. Got all the paperwork to them Monday morning. Went back Monday afternoon to pick up my car. It was washed and ready to go. I was not really into Ford's but now I'm a customer for life and hopefully will be buying from Quincy for now on.

The dealership was fantastic overall. I worked with Charles Van Horn. He was great, very accommodating and laid back. Lane in finance was very difficult to work with, however. A simple task ended up taking several weeks, his communication and service was extremely poor. That is the only reason the review isn't 5 stars. I will probably go back for my next vehicle because of how great everything else was though.
