When it came to Dave Arbogast coordinating a loaner vehicle, Leah was very accommodating and friendly. The first person I spoke to in the service department was Justin. Each time I called back, he was very pleasant and willing to help. Purchased a new 2025 Bronco Sport Big Bend. Everything went smoothly. Everyone was courteous and knowledgeable. When I got the car home I noticed there was a small dent above the left tail light. I sent a picture and they will contact me soon with resolution of the issue. How that is resolved could change my rating. This is the third car I have bought from them so I recommend them often. I purchased a vehicle from Interstate Ford on June 5, 2026, and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience. From start to finish, the process was smooth, simple, and incredibly fast. My salesperson, Jeffrey Weatherly, was outstanding. He listened to exactly what I was looking for, showed me the vehicles I requested without any pressure, and even sent me home with a hat! The finance process was equally impressive; Larry Foster was amazing and handled the closing exactly the way buying a car should be—efficient and transparent. What truly sets this dealership apart, however, is their commitment to the customer after the sale. After only three days of owning the car, I experienced a major powertrain failure. When I called the dealership, they immediately stepped up. They had me tow the vehicle to a local dealer where it was repaired under the warranty provided by Interstate Ford, and they even covered a portion of the bill. Additionally, after identifying a few other safety-related concerns with the vehicle, Adam Gilbert, the sales manager, and the entire Interstate Ford team have been proactive. They have personally ensured me that they are doing everything in their power to correct these issues to provide a safe, reliable vehicle for my family. If you are ever leery about buying a used vehicle from a dealership, do yourself a favor and visit Interstate Ford. Make sure to work with Jeff Weatherly, Larry Foster, and Adam Gilbert. Hybrid model gets great mileage. Car is quiet and comfortable especially for a truck. Lariat package has nice options a very versatile small truck and great value.
