I really like my 2017 mustang Roush, The only complaints are the front bumper clips break easy and most of all the paint is less than paper thin and in 4 years was flaking off around back window it sad such an expensive car. THE BIGGEST THING IS THERE IS NO BLUE BOOK FOR ROUSH.

I bought the 2017 Mustang online, something I said I would never do. I was afraid the turbo charged 4 cylinder engine wouldn’t have enough power for me. I never drove one before. I couldn’t be happier. I get the fuel economy of a 4 cylinder engine with all the power I could ask for!! I love it!!

Everyone I interacted with was absolutely lovely and were very helpful! I asked many many questions about the car and all were answered. I like the car, but, if you're interested in buying one you need to know that Ford has a problem with the body. The panels are made of aluminum and are know for oxidation which Ford, although knowing about the problem, refuses to step up and fix. So, if you're thinking about buying be aware of the problems. Other than that it's an ok car.

I actually love the car but the drivers side heated seat doesn’t heat. Car is only 6 years old but the heated seat should still heat.

They all really made my mom and I feel like we were part of their family. They gave us a very good price on the new vehicle and made sure we were well taken care of, they even included a full tank of gas for my ride home, which is something most dealers just don’t do anymore. Though I intended to purchase a used vehicle with a much lower sticker value than most of the cars on the lot I was treated with utmost respect and friendliness, from the office staff to the mechanic to one of the partners. They understood we had driven a couple hours amidst the coronavirus pandemic and worked quickly and easily with me to take the car home that evening. They honored the out the door price we had discussed prior to arrival and even shipped parts they were unable to return to Toyota at no cost to me.

I purchased a 2020 Lexus IS 300 from Strategic Auto in November 2024. I waited med to post a review just make sure the car wasn’t a complete lemon! However there are so many good things I can say about these guys at Strategic Auto. I wanted this car so bad, and after processing the paperwork I was short on my down payment. They showed me something else and I refused it and they didn’t try to pressure me to get something else and I greatly appreciated that! I said to Sam that’s my Lexus don’t sell it! Came back 4 days later and got the car. They are so friendly and helpful. Anytime I need them to look at something they are always willing to help me if they said they were going to do something they came through! I told Sam and Byer we’re friend’s forever!

I was leery at first as they hadn’t posted any photos of the vehicle. I sent them an inquiry and they responded a few minutes later with several photos. I requested some additional photos which were quickly provided. We went down the same day and were treated like family! We got a very fair deal as well! In my 40+ years of buying vehicles, I can’t think of any time that I was treated any better!! They are TOP NOTCH!!! I would highly recommend them!!
