This is an amazing car. The build quality of this car is amazing. I have never loved my car more than I love this car. I've owned the car for 5 months now and I have not been able to wipe the smile off of my face this whole time. I've noticed that most of the people who provide a negative review of this car have unusual expectations of the car, particularly as it relates to the car's range. It's also interesting to see how people's expectations change when buying an EV. Gasoline cars come with an advertised fuel economy and range that likely won't hit. But people in gas cars don't really care if they hit those numbers and they rarely, if ever, do. They just use those numbers to compare between vehicles. But then they buy an EV and expect to get every bit of range advertised. It's unfair to judge an EV differently than a gas car. If you spend time researching the car before you buy, you learn that EV range drops when the weather is cold. Research your car before you buy it. There's plenty of information available online in forums and on YouTube so that you can make an informed decision. That's what I did, so I knew going into it what to expect. If you do that, you won't be disappointed.

Where do I start? I purchased my Beloved Jeep from Palmer Dodge Jeep in Roswell, GA in May of 2020. The Sales staff (Thomas Jackson) was great, and the overall service was great during that purchase experience. Since the time of my purchase, I have taken my Jeep to be serviced by Palmer for every Oil change, Lube, and all other maintenance. On June 25th, 2022, I had a major Drive Train issue with my Four-Wheel Drive shaft which malfunctioned and completely destroyed my Transfer Case while I was driving at 80 MPH on the Highway. The event was extremely scary and highly unusual for any vehicle, particular a jeep. I had my vehicle towed to Palmer that day, they gave me a Nice 2022 Jeep Low Miles Loaner for the entire duration of the time my vehicle was under repair. In May of 2020, I had purchased the Drive Train Warranty that was highly recommended by Thomas and the sales Manager. You never really know if you will need that warranty until you need that warranty. Kim K., my Case manager for Palmer Service Dept, was truly the Best!, she handled everything from the start, she kept me in the loop throughout every step of the process with parts ordered, parts cost, parts delivery, installation, to completion. David K, the Service Manger did an excellent job explaining my Warranty and all that was covered. I am truly glad I made that Purchase of the Warranty. From David K., Kim K, and Jim the Technician that fixed my 2015 Jeep Wrangler, the service at Palmer Dodge was Fantastic and I highly recommend them for the Purchase of the Vehicle, Service and Repair, and just overall customer service satisfaction. My experience with Palmer Dodge and dealing with a major car repair and a potential huge car repair bill if the warranty was not in place, was stressful but was completely catered to by the excellent customer service from the entire staff. Ford ticks a lot of the right boxes for this vehicle - excellent, quiet ride quality on rough roads. Fantastic hands-free self-driving on freeways. Phone-as-key with keypad on the door convenience. As a second family car (our other car takes gas) it's awesome - never having to go to the gas station with charging at home for 1/4 the cost per mile of gas is brilliant. I've driven most of the competitors and never have I been jealous of the other cars. Until they have the phone-as-key or hands free BlueCruise, I feel lucky to have the Mach-E. And yes, I think Ford and GM need to get better at naming cars. Mustang? Blazer? How did these decisions get approved?

I bought a 2024 Rally which is the highest trim in a Mach E . It is very fast and fun smooth on the highway and can be driven on a dirt track as well as used as an every day vehicle. My only complaint is the range could be a little better and charging should be faster because the vehicle is already in its 4th year of production other than that as a long time EV owner I love the car after a month of ownership.

Went in for an oil change and to get a squeak checked out on my F150. Had the oil change done in a couple hours and had the squeak fixed next day since they needed to order a part. Great service every time. I pass another Ford dealer that is right next to my house to come here.

This was an online purchase with salesman Roq Micheal’s. He was very helpful and made this online deal flawless. Reached a purchase price with Jonathan and felt confident to put down a $1000 over the phone. We had already did test drives in Chattanooga TN. ALM couldn’t even be beat even by Marshall Mize Ford. On 8/23/25 After an exhausting search, we were blessed to be connected with Lloyd (Lincoln side) of Hennessy Ford Atlanta. We were looking for a specific used car I saw online (that we learned was located on the Ford side) but our GPS took us to the Lincoln side. The entire process from start to finish went smoothly and Lloyd made sure we felt valued every step of the way. I experienced a level of customer service with Hennessy Ford that is definitely lacking at other dealerships.(If you've ever been to Gwinnett Place Nissan you understand).
