Used Ford Mustang Mach-E for sale near Grapevine, TX

Transmission oil change went quicker than I thought without attempting to charge me with anything else.Time went quick for the transmission oil change as well.

I bought a 2024 Rally which is the highest trim in a Mach E . It is very fast and fun smooth on the highway and can be driven on a dirt track as well as used as an every day vehicle. My only complaint is the range could be a little better and charging should be faster because the vehicle is already in its 4th year of production other than that as a long time EV owner I love the car after a month of ownership.

Had a great service experience. They had all the automation tools to make a decisions on what to service and were available on the phone to talk through things. Also, they finished work on my truck when they said. Good work.

This is an amazing car. The build quality of this car is amazing. I have never loved my car more than I love this car. I've owned the car for 5 months now and I have not been able to wipe the smile off of my face this whole time. I've noticed that most of the people who provide a negative review of this car have unusual expectations of the car, particularly as it relates to the car's range. It's also interesting to see how people's expectations change when buying an EV. Gasoline cars come with an advertised fuel economy and range that likely won't hit. But people in gas cars don't really care if they hit those numbers and they rarely, if ever, do. They just use those numbers to compare between vehicles. But then they buy an EV and expect to get every bit of range advertised. It's unfair to judge an EV differently than a gas car. If you spend time researching the car before you buy, you learn that EV range drops when the weather is cold. Research your car before you buy it. There's plenty of information available online in forums and on YouTube so that you can make an informed decision. That's what I did, so I knew going into it what to expect. If you do that, you won't be disappointed.

This is the 2nd vehicle that I?ve bought from Adi at AutoNation in Fort Worth. I love the fact that she answers any questions that I throw her way. She also went above and beyond by meeting me in Abilene with my new F-250 so I wouldn?t have to drive all the way to Fort Worth from Midland, TX. I highly recommend dealing with her and her team.

Great car! Super fun to zip around the city. Do your self and get in a GT if you’re looking for an ev! Don’t sleep on it

It took longer than I was expecting, but they seemed to be busier than usual. It was not a problem for me, but I had to call for an update.

Ford ticks a lot of the right boxes for this vehicle - excellent, quiet ride quality on rough roads. Fantastic hands-free self-driving on freeways. Phone-as-key with keypad on the door convenience. As a second family car (our other car takes gas) it's awesome - never having to go to the gas station with charging at home for 1/4 the cost per mile of gas is brilliant. I've driven most of the competitors and never have I been jealous of the other cars. Until they have the phone-as-key or hands free BlueCruise, I feel lucky to have the Mach-E. And yes, I think Ford and GM need to get better at naming cars. Mustang? Blazer? How did these decisions get approved?

My first EV. I was ready to purchase a Ford Edge (internal combustion engine or "ICE") until I test drove the Mach-e on a whim. The quiet and smooth ride, power, ergonomics, and battery range immediately hooked me. I went home and researched EV and Mach-e's for a few days until I was sure that an EV was the correct choice and would work for my situation as well, or better than, a combustion engine. The dealer allowed me to test drive a loaner Mach-e for an entire weekend. Model purchased: California Route 1. This model has the longest range battery of all of the current model Mach-e's (312 miles) and is AWD (dual-motor). The Rt 1 is only one trim line up from the bottom, so it does not have ALL of the options in a Premium or GT, but it is still very nicely equipped for my needs. Pros: Power, fun to drive, quiet, lots of tech and safety equipment, well equipped, comfortable, consistently get claimed range or better, ease of charging at home and on the road with public charging, low cost of ownership (my home electricity cost is lower than the national average), enough storage space in the rear hatch and front trunk ("frunk") for my needs. Cons: Some rattles from trim pieces that need to be addressed, not a fan of EVERYTHING being controlled by the large tablet screen, relatively high purchase price compared to ICE cars, still less range than ICE cars, subscriptions to continue with all of the initial included options (SiriusXM, mapping and route planning with charging stops, Blue-Cruise hands-free driving, etc...), rear seats good for kids but tight for adults. Overall: I would recommend the Mach-e to anyone that asked me. You need to determine for yourself if the EV range and charging prices will work for your situation. It is by far the most comfortable and fun to drive car that I have ever owned after driving for 30+ years. If the Mach-e was an ICE, I would still recommend it. The EV aspect is just a cool add-on for me that makes the overall cost of ownership much better than an ICE car. Long distance and small road-trips have so far been easy. The DC fast charging network will be even better starting in spring 2024. I feel comfortable taking my Mach-e on any road trip using the built in mapping software and planning my charge stops to also be my restroom and eating stops. For me, there really is no substantial increase in time or inconvenience compared to travelling in an ICE car. If you do regular commuting and "around town" driving, the Mach-e is vastly superior to an ICE car. The home charging, especially in my location, makes the cost of ownership superior to any ICE and allows me to have a solid fun to drive car. Once all of the trial subscriptions expire, most can be replaced with apps available on my Android phone that connects wirelessly with Android Auto. This includes music streaming, mapping and charging stops, etc. The only subscription that can't be replaced by a phone is the BlueCruise handsfree cruise control. The BlueCruise is an initial 3yr trial that works only in certain areas. When it is available, I use it, and I love it. Still to be determined if I love it enough to subscribe in 3 years when the trial ends. Watch for dealer incentives and 0% loan rates to make the math of ownership work even better in your favor. Bottom line: Take it for a test drive. You'll probably love it and switch to your first EV too.

Grapevine Ford for now is truly #1 in servicing your vehicle. It is rhe only dealership in the whole DFW area that has gotten me in and out in 1 hour for oil change!!! I cant believe it. Including a car wash and the tire rotation. I live in Dallas, so drive that extra mile paid off. Hope it was not coincidence and their manager is really s logistics wizard. Keep it up!!!!! Special order took 10 months for build and delivery. Still very new. First time EV owner but so far very pleased. Only time will tell what the future holds.

I went in and bought two identical Ford escapes for my two College sons. Mr. Ron Smith made the experience very very easy. He is the best ever if you need a sales person go to Ron Smith at Grand Prairie Ford.

Have only had the car for a month but it is a very comfortable and enjoyable drive. Smooth, fast and handles well. I like the fact that I can choose between two pedal or one pedal driving (unlike some competitors that only offer one pedal). It could use some improvements in interior storage capacity and display features.

The sales staff was very respectful not only of me but my time. Low pressure easy buying experience.

Pickup is quick. Looks amazing. Maintenance and maintenance cost is negligible. For my 40K mile service done at Ford dealer my bill was $0! You read the right. Charges well and works. Heated seats and heated steering wheel in MI weather is a blessing. I have it set where it heats up the cabin & conditions the battery on its own at my departure time everyday. It is also set up, where it doesnt charge at the time when my electric company charges a premium on electricity. No issues what so ever. I love the car.

We built/ordered 2024 GLC300 for my wife in May 2023. Took delivery on 12/1/2023. Darren Shin was our sales advisor. We moved our business from another Mercedes dealer because Darren was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the Mercedes autos, options, process, timeline, etc. He did NOT use any pressure whatsoever. he focused on educating us to ensure the vehicle was EXACTLY what my wife wanted. If I had a sales opening in my firm, he is exactly the high performing sales person who I would hire!! Kudos and well done.

Had my car repaired at the body shop. Workmanship looks good as if nothing happened. Wendy was very professional & polite. She provided updates via text as well. A+

I talked to Damon for a week about a Volkswagen car and he gave me all the information I need. I am living in the Houston area, so he kept in touch with me during the week to let me know that the car was still available for sale. He added $15 for the test drive out of his pocket so that i try the car. He was friendly and approachable during the transaction as well, and he was answered all the questions I had, without being annoyed. I recommend him and Hertz Car Sales.

Found the deal of about 10K off sticker price online. Upon arriving got 4K more for my trade in than expected and to top it off, had small extended warranty given to me for free.

This is a great place. I personally recommend working with Kelly in sales and Malcolm in finance. Blake in finance is also good but new to the finance department so Malcolm would be your best option. I left a very negative review after I felt like I had been completely taken advantage of by them on Saturday and was on the hook for a loan worth twice what the car was worth brand new. They completely took care of me and I got into a different car that was the same make and model but cheaper. My deal went from 34,000 total to 20,000 total after reworking it. I will say they want to add lots of stuff into the deal. It isn't necessarily bad but it adds up and I was unwilling to accept that. They will try to keep all or some of it on and if you don't want it then fight for the price you want and read the website to know their policies and guarantees. I will also leave this as a disclaimer, I would be selective about what salesperson you work with. My Mom overheard one of the guys complaining about how he was one sale away from a bonus and some lady wasted two hours of his time and backed it because she was incompetent. I saw the lady he was talking about and she was older and said very clearly she had someone waiting on her for some time now and could not stay longer. I also briefly worked with some other guy in the finance department who was pretty rude and I didn't enjoy that. I don't remember his name though. Kelly is a genuine person and a great saleswoman. You can trust her. It seems like some of the staff are a little more money focused and trying to help themselves more than the customer so beware. I also want to point out one of the managers introduced himself to me and was very kind. Also very apologetic over how things went the first day and I really appreciated it. Good place and some really good people. I had some mixed feelings with this experience but the likes of Malcolm, Kelly, and Blake and how they handled making things right with me overwhelmingly changed my overall experience to a positive--hence the 5 star review. Purchased this car 10 months ago, and it's been perfect in every respect, and completely in contrast to the Tesla Model Y we just foolishly picked up 10 days ago as a 2nd car. The Tesla has already had two problems and we're trying to get it serviced. I wouldn't know about Ford's service because absolutely nothing has gone wrong with the Mach-E and it's a delight to drive. My wife loves the design, it's quick, efficient and roomy. We paid more than we should have for it, but it feels like a premium car and we're very happy with it

Just 2000 miles in so I can’t really gauge reliability. So far it is the best car I’ve ever purchased. Incredibly smooth and powerful with fairly tight suspension and steering. A cross between a small SUV and a sports car. Although it might look smallish on the outside it has plenty enough interior room for my 6’ frame…something Ford is always good at. My buying experience was very good. Ordered online and had a 9 month wait. The dealer honored the original price in spite of inflation and didn’t put any add-ons on to the car. They obviously did offer to sell me a bunch but didn’t push it as I politely refused. The blue color I got on the California Route 1 trim looks fantastic and turns a lot of heads.
