Great service and great communication. They gave me a rough estimate of what they thought was up and how long it might take. They were accurate and right. Laid out all the possibilities, then exceeded my expectations. Seriously exceeded my expectations. Thank you Michael Bobby. Great service and communication. I dealt with the three other dealerships in the Moreno / Riverside/ Redlands area before calling and then going to Fritts Ford. Redlands / Ken Grody said they had an appointment in three weeks ... Three Weeks! just to look at it. I double checked that offer with service to make sure I did not misunderstand. Other dealerships close by said they would take three days just to look at it. Then maybe tell me how much longer to fix it. Fritts Ford assessed it the next day and had it fixed in two days .. maybe specific to my issue, but still fantastic ... Not "Maybe we'll get back to you in three days then see how long to fix it" or "We'll see you in three weeks ... A and then we'll get back to you." When I offered to drop it off the day they would look at it they said that would just delay looking at it another 3-4 days. What?! The other dealerships were so disappointing on all fronts. I found a new dealership. Thanks Team Fritts. I'll be back.

This is our second Mach-E purchase. Our first was a 2021. We chose to sell it and get a 2025 Mach-E Premium. The 2025 gets revised suspension that is so much better than the previous years, which was bouncy. You can also now get the premium without the glass roof. I do not like the glass roof, so getting the premium features without it is great! Excellent power, comfort and features at a pretty good price. Love the style, too!

This is an amazing car. The build quality of this car is amazing. I have never loved my car more than I love this car. I've owned the car for 5 months now and I have not been able to wipe the smile off of my face this whole time. I've noticed that most of the people who provide a negative review of this car have unusual expectations of the car, particularly as it relates to the car's range. It's also interesting to see how people's expectations change when buying an EV. Gasoline cars come with an advertised fuel economy and range that likely won't hit. But people in gas cars don't really care if they hit those numbers and they rarely, if ever, do. They just use those numbers to compare between vehicles. But then they buy an EV and expect to get every bit of range advertised. It's unfair to judge an EV differently than a gas car. If you spend time researching the car before you buy, you learn that EV range drops when the weather is cold. Research your car before you buy it. There's plenty of information available online in forums and on YouTube so that you can make an informed decision. That's what I did, so I knew going into it what to expect. If you do that, you won't be disappointed.

Honestly the best experience you'll have buying a car. My salesman Antoine Fiveash (Tony) was awesome. Non stressful environment and friendly faces. I have owned it for 3 months now and gone 10,000 miles. I have driven it in Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio and Ontario. I have easily found charging stations and just line it up with lunch or dinner. Car has a few quirks but it is to be expected for the first EV model. Car rides beautifully and Blue Cruise is awesome (had a few times where it would make me keep the hands on the wheel when I didn't think it should). I haven't had range anxiety because most Targets, Meijers and Walmarts have fast charging. Almost all dealerships do as well. Ford is also sending a free Tesla converter which will just add to the availability of charging stations. My only drawbacks on the car so far is the back windshield is hard to keep clean and the windshield wiper is too small. I also wish the car recorded with all the cameras it has on it like the Teslas. Lastly, the plastic on the B Pillars look crazy with the oils from people's hands. Really hard to clean.

My first EV. I was ready to purchase a Ford Edge (internal combustion engine or "ICE") until I test drove the Mach-e on a whim. The quiet and smooth ride, power, ergonomics, and battery range immediately hooked me. I went home and researched EV and Mach-e's for a few days until I was sure that an EV was the correct choice and would work for my situation as well, or better than, a combustion engine. The dealer allowed me to test drive a loaner Mach-e for an entire weekend. Model purchased: California Route 1. This model has the longest range battery of all of the current model Mach-e's (312 miles) and is AWD (dual-motor). The Rt 1 is only one trim line up from the bottom, so it does not have ALL of the options in a Premium or GT, but it is still very nicely equipped for my needs. Pros: Power, fun to drive, quiet, lots of tech and safety equipment, well equipped, comfortable, consistently get claimed range or better, ease of charging at home and on the road with public charging, low cost of ownership (my home electricity cost is lower than the national average), enough storage space in the rear hatch and front trunk ("frunk") for my needs. Cons: Some rattles from trim pieces that need to be addressed, not a fan of EVERYTHING being controlled by the large tablet screen, relatively high purchase price compared to ICE cars, still less range than ICE cars, subscriptions to continue with all of the initial included options (SiriusXM, mapping and route planning with charging stops, Blue-Cruise hands-free driving, etc...), rear seats good for kids but tight for adults. Overall: I would recommend the Mach-e to anyone that asked me. You need to determine for yourself if the EV range and charging prices will work for your situation. It is by far the most comfortable and fun to drive car that I have ever owned after driving for 30+ years. If the Mach-e was an ICE, I would still recommend it. The EV aspect is just a cool add-on for me that makes the overall cost of ownership much better than an ICE car. Long distance and small road-trips have so far been easy. The DC fast charging network will be even better starting in spring 2024. I feel comfortable taking my Mach-e on any road trip using the built in mapping software and planning my charge stops to also be my restroom and eating stops. For me, there really is no substantial increase in time or inconvenience compared to travelling in an ICE car. If you do regular commuting and "around town" driving, the Mach-e is vastly superior to an ICE car. The home charging, especially in my location, makes the cost of ownership superior to any ICE and allows me to have a solid fun to drive car. Once all of the trial subscriptions expire, most can be replaced with apps available on my Android phone that connects wirelessly with Android Auto. This includes music streaming, mapping and charging stops, etc. The only subscription that can't be replaced by a phone is the BlueCruise handsfree cruise control. The BlueCruise is an initial 3yr trial that works only in certain areas. When it is available, I use it, and I love it. Still to be determined if I love it enough to subscribe in 3 years when the trial ends. Watch for dealer incentives and 0% loan rates to make the math of ownership work even better in your favor. Bottom line: Take it for a test drive. You'll probably love it and switch to your first EV too.

Pickup is quick. Looks amazing. Maintenance and maintenance cost is negligible. For my 40K mile service done at Ford dealer my bill was $0! You read the right. Charges well and works. Heated seats and heated steering wheel in MI weather is a blessing. I have it set where it heats up the cabin & conditions the battery on its own at my departure time everyday. It is also set up, where it doesnt charge at the time when my electric company charges a premium on electricity. No issues what so ever. I love the car.

Special order took 10 months for build and delivery. Still very new. First time EV owner but so far very pleased. Only time will tell what the future holds.

This has been the best vehicle I've ever owned and the best Mustang I've ever owned. We will have put 15,000 miles on it soon and I am looking to buy a second one.

I have purchased 2 cars at Fairview Ford and both have been through there internet sales department. The process was quick and I got most of it done on the phone and email before I even stepped foot at there dealership. Most other dealerships tried to get me to come in before discussing numbers, but Fairview gave me my numbers up front and worked with me even though my credit was not the greatest. There service department is quick and very nice, I have had 2 oil changes and it was nice that they had a del taco right next door too!!!

Hassle free experience when I went into get an oil change with the help of Branden. Upon completion of service, I received an easy to read report outlining the results of inspection. Service department was very professional and helpful.

I want to start off with the compassion this place has for the customers. I never once felt pressured for anything when being here and talking with the sales reps. I had the pleasure of doing business with Rami. He took things at my pace, was very understanding and I felt tried his hardest to get me into the car I so desperately wanted. He kept me updated on the car and walked me through each step making sure I was comfortable and answering my questions to reassure me of what was going on. Then came the gorgeous Vanessa who emailed me during the week to make sure my dream car was still available. When I went into the dealership she introduced herself and sat to talk to me even though I was working with Rami. She was very nice and also made my experience that much better. She honestly cared and I could tell by how passionately she spoke to me and could see it in her eyes. Last came Argenis who tried his hardest to get me the best deal I could handle. He was very professional and walked me through everything. He made the experience very comfortable and I am very pleased with my whole experience here. I would recommend 10/10. My best experience by far with any auto group.

Have only had the car for a month but it is a very comfortable and enjoyable drive. Smooth, fast and handles well. I like the fact that I can choose between two pedal or one pedal driving (unlike some competitors that only offer one pedal). It could use some improvements in interior storage capacity and display features.

Dec. 13, 2018. Let's start at the beginning. I am a senior Citizen in Loma Linda by Redlands. About a month ago I went to a local Honda dealer ( no name here.) On the quotation the salesman added a $2,500 Maintenance agreement and $900.00 gap insurance without telling me about it, I walked out. On Dec. 12, 2018 I walked into the Hertz sales at 7750 Indiana Ave. In Riverside, Ca. I spoke to Mr. Chris Knighton and asked him if he had a Chevy Impala. He directed me to one on the lot which was a Gorgeous Metallic dark blue, exactly what my wife and I wanted. It was loaded with every electronic device know to mankind. The dash lit up like a Boeing 787 Dream liner. The price was five to seven thousand dollars less than any other dealers in the area. He did not load up the contract with extras. He EXPLAINED AND ASKED ME if I wanted any extra warranty and gap insurance. After I spent time looking at the Math. I agreed and added the extras. My credit score was 761 so they beat my military credit union's interest rate. Amazing. Mr. Rizwan Azam the financial man gave me an awesome deal and my wife and I are very pleased with our purchase. He was kind and gracious with me and answered any question I had in a professional manner. Honesty is expected. These men along with the man in the back room who drew up the contract were helpful, professional, friendly and took every opportunity to set me up with the car of are dreams. The Impala is the car that my wife and I wanted. Not a sports car as so many young people want, that jostle and bounce around and make every pebble on the road feel like a big rock. We wanted the smooth ride and we got it. I believe from my many years of teaching and simply living life that those complainers want everybody to baby them and provide snacks and a big fancy waiting room like a big car dealership. Remember folks, those big million dollar dealership buildings are paid for my you the buying public who will pay one hundred fifty dollars for an oil change and buy super retail. Hertz is selling you a car at a slim margin. Give them a break. They are a great outfit. Mr. Knighton and Mr. Azam and the contract's man in the rear made me feel like a family member. Mr. Knighton's personality was such that I truly call him my friend. These people were honest beyond reproach. I would highly recommend anybody to buy a car from them. Of course one has to check out ANY car before buying. They certainly did a great job on their inspection. Remember, people abuse rental cars. Purchased this car 10 months ago, and it's been perfect in every respect, and completely in contrast to the Tesla Model Y we just foolishly picked up 10 days ago as a 2nd car. The Tesla has already had two problems and we're trying to get it serviced. I wouldn't know about Ford's service because absolutely nothing has gone wrong with the Mach-E and it's a delight to drive. My wife loves the design, it's quick, efficient and roomy. We paid more than we should have for it, but it feels like a premium car and we're very happy with it

Just 2000 miles in so I can’t really gauge reliability. So far it is the best car I’ve ever purchased. Incredibly smooth and powerful with fairly tight suspension and steering. A cross between a small SUV and a sports car. Although it might look smallish on the outside it has plenty enough interior room for my 6’ frame…something Ford is always good at. My buying experience was very good. Ordered online and had a 9 month wait. The dealer honored the original price in spite of inflation and didn’t put any add-ons on to the car. They obviously did offer to sell me a bunch but didn’t push it as I politely refused. The blue color I got on the California Route 1 trim looks fantastic and turns a lot of heads.

My purchase began over the phone as the particular truck I was interested in showed it was 'in transit' to the dealership and wouldn't arrive for several weeks. Andy Morales was my Sales Consultant. He helped put a great deal together for me. Maritza Gatewood (Customer Specialist) kept me updated on the anticipated delivery date. The entire process was extremely smooth. I would purchase from Fritt's Ford again.

Ford ticks a lot of the right boxes for this vehicle - excellent, quiet ride quality on rough roads. Fantastic hands-free self-driving on freeways. Phone-as-key with keypad on the door convenience. As a second family car (our other car takes gas) it's awesome - never having to go to the gas station with charging at home for 1/4 the cost per mile of gas is brilliant. I've driven most of the competitors and never have I been jealous of the other cars. Until they have the phone-as-key or hands free BlueCruise, I feel lucky to have the Mach-E. And yes, I think Ford and GM need to get better at naming cars. Mustang? Blazer? How did these decisions get approved?

A whole new driving experience. This vehicle is so quiet you forget it’s on. Ford has done such a great job with all the details. The powerful torque and performance is amazing. The comfort and leg room is excellent. Camera’s around the car assist with parking. I would recommend this E vehicle to anyone looking for a car that ignores gas stations.
