I bought a 2003 xlt Supercab 2dr 4wd 4.0L manual a few weeks back and I love it. I installed LED dome lights and rear side seats and so far all the work I've done has been very easy. I came into the truck knowing nothing about drum brakes, but got both sides fixed up very easily. the truck has great power for the size and I don't see myself wishing I had more. the one complaint I do have is that the speed is capped electronically at 90 mph, and from what I've found an ECU tune is needed to get rid of it. Great truck and I definitely don't see this being the last ranger I buy

I'm in the painting business for 40 years and I only drive Ford Rangers. These trucks are strong workhorses and last a long time. I get tired of them before they get tired of me.

Solid, affordable work / everyday truck. Needs regular maintenance but nothing is too expensive to fix. Most affordable commuter truck Ive ever owned by far.

This has been a great truck for the past 16 years. It's great on gas and has the best a/c of any vehicle I have ever owned. I have hauled furniture, dirt and bricks in the past and it has the power for many other jobs. Excellent vehicle.

From first contact through cars.com on my used '05 Boxster to final paperwork, the experience was excellent. Zoe Hutton had the car ready for me when I arrived. My interactions with her felt genuine and without pressure. She did everything to make sure ALL of my questions/concerns about the vehicle were answered, and went out of her way several times to get additional information for me (E.G. Communication about pricing was direct and unambiguous, though there was a small misunderstanding with what I owed, I chalk that up to a gap in my differentiation between the estimated price and total OTD costs which were all laid out, and the OTD price was within tens of dollars of my expectation, so I'm quite happy with that. Lea Schneider helped me work that out and was again very clear and pro-actively helpful in sorting it all out. Overall, the experience was great. The car was of course ready, clean, and full of fuel on pickup. I was looking to buy a Truck that I liked from their inventory. They were willing to help me as other dealerships that I had been in contact were giving me a difficult time because of my credit score! It was a voluntary REPO.! I was helping my cousin Marty, a Purple Heart Veteran. He had bought a car because he needed another car. To help me build my credit, I co-signed on the car. My cousin had a heart attack and passed away! I wasn't working at the time so I returned the vehicle. So Forthright was trying to sell me a car. But I was contacted by another dealership and purchased a vehicle from them. So even though I didn't buy from forthright, I thank them because they were giving me a second chance to buy! In the future, I will try buying from Forthright.
