My experience with this dealership with great. Jose handle me and my wife with exceptional care, concern, consideration and kindness. Colby was very professional and thorough, Greg was thoughtful and very mindful and Tim was very courteous, attentive and patient with us. The only thing that was a little disturbing was we were literally there for 8hrs?. in which I am aware that sometimes depending on the circumstances of situations that the processing factors could possibly be more tedious than the normal?. But overall 5 stars. Great restrooms, beverages and waiting areas. Very good dealership to do business with.

Seeing recalls after purchase so now afraid to drive my truck. Ford COME ON. Get back to quality!!! I want to feel safe driving this thing.

It was Great best car buying experience I?ve ever had

Every part of the buying process was easy and well organized. I ordered my new Explorer and there were some delays due to the model year changeover. Both Helfman and Ford reached out to me on numerous occasions to inform me of the status of my vehicle. When I picked up the vehicle I was in and out of the dealership within an hour or less. There was not one hiccup or unnecessary delay as they had all the paperwork prepared when I arrived. If you want to purchase a car or truck hassle-free, Helfman Ford is the place to shop.

After I had walked away, he went out of his way to make sure I got the right deal and the right vehicle that fit my vibe and aesthetic. He really listened and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. The dealership also honored the online pricing when it varied from what I saw in person, which I really appreciated that kind of transparency builds trust. The only downside was the car wash wasn?t great, but they promised to make it right on my next visit. Overall, fair pricing, great service, and a team that goes above and beyond. Love, love the car, loved the sales person, the repair guy was great, the only issue was that I was led to believe that all I would need to do was sign the papers but that was not the case.

Got an oil change and my rep was Angelina and she was very nice and professional as usual, she has been my Rep for the last few oil changes, she applied coupons for my service and I am very satisfied.

All things were handled to my satisfaction and the vehicle is fine.

I left my truck at Legacy Service with Lance this morning.. I’ve been going to Helfman for 30 years but moved to Richmond and decided to give Lagacy a try. What a difference. Lance had an idea of what my issue was which put me at ease. Helfman was non committal when I called them yesterday. The ride home was better, the waiting room was far better and ha S a cafe. What a better experience.
