I went in looking for a used car, was introduced to Martin, I must say he was a gem to deal with, picked the car out on Fri, there was a little problem, Martin told me to pick the car up on Monday, when i got there i saw some long scratches that i missed, Martin had them taken care of immediately, He did a follow up after i got the car, but the most impressive thing was my car was state to have Bluetooth, it did not, Martin and his manager Jorge made it happen, an appt was made and i got it. Bought it used, certified. Had regular scheduled maintenance done at Collins Ford in Louisville KY. We have taken a few trips, drove it to work and just pleasure driving. We get 22 mpg in town and we have gotten 28 mpg on trips. Great car.
