Bought a 2014 Nissan Altima a few months ago from Park Lane, and it was well worth the visit. Dealership is small family owned place that brings great service, and great deals to people who are tired of being "raked over the coals" by the big dealer competition. I usually dread dealing with car dealerships but Hawk Ford was different and went out of their way to make it positive, especially the salesman Rich Bergmann.

I stopped in for a test drive the other day and was truly pleased with my experience. It was very easy to find and get to, Sharon was extremely nice and helpful, the showroom was beautiful, and I was treated with the utmost respect. Unfortunately I did not buy the vehicle but it had nothing to do with the dealership.
