There was no pressure to make an immediate decision, allowing us to leave and reflect comfortably. Three days later, we returned ready to purchase, and Martin worked seamlessly with our financial timeline. The next day, we drove our new truck home. Excellent, Alex knew the features on both vehicles and explained them very well. He did comparison between the two. Answered every question I had on both vehicles. Very good sales skills and people skills. Very pleasant, good attitude, and professional.

They were nice enough and willing to deal some. They told me that they were going to mail me some touch up paint but I have not seen it?? They did have the windshield replaced like the said they would.

I usually dread dealing with car dealerships but Hawk Ford was different and went out of their way to make it positive, especially the salesman Rich Bergmann.

My experience pertains specifically to the Ford service department - not the actual car dealership. So this place is clearly under new management. After getting some ridiculous estimates from other mechanics and body shops, I decided to give this place a try…. I got outstanding service from Pat Gavin. He quickly got me estimates which confirmed my suspicions that the other mechanics were trying to gorge me into paying for a bunch of unnecessary repairs. Pat & team were able to fix several problems that had been lingering on my car for several months. I always postponed getting these things fixed because other mechanics wanted literally $5-10k for what seemed like small issues. I’m ecstatic to have finally found someone in this industry that conducts business with (1) integrity and (2) high standards in delivering quality! It’s such a relief to know where to go to get my car fixed without getting guided into a bunch of high priced and unnecessary work. I also got my car back cleaner than when I dropped it off!! Everything from the service to the price to the quality of the work exceeded my highest expectations. 1 month later my car is running as good as new. If only everything in the auto industry (particularly the service & repair industry) was run this way.
