I was traveling across country from the East Coast to the West. I had severe brake issues on my 2016 Expedition. With all my gear, my son and my service dog I approached the service manager with my problem. He was extremely professional and offered to take a look, but could not promise work, as they were already booked for the day. After taking a look, they found the issue was a recall concern and covered all the repair on their dime. Best of all, they did the work that day and had me back on my way in 5 hours, thus saving me hotel bills and added stress. Throughout the repair, I was informed of progress and treated like a VIP. In addition, their spaces were organized and extremely clean of debris and clutter. I have never had such service in any dealership in all the 45 years I’ve been driving. Was a smooth transition to buying a 2022 ford escape .we drove the car around and was a good drive.

My sales rep was professional, which is good although I would say he was a little dry. I?m used to people being more relaxed or having a sense of humor, but this definitely did not take away from this young man. He did a phenomenal job. The buying process is always so so long. I was there for hours which is really ridiculous.

I walked into this dealership with a vehicle in mind that they had. Sal greeted me as I walked in and had me on a test drive within a few minutes. He took the time to show me all of the features of the vehicle and told me to come back when I felt like I had an enough time with it. I went back after a short drive and had explained I had financing already approved. Randy advised he could probably beat my interest rate and sure enough he did by a whole 0.75%! I had to go out of town and wouldn?t be able to sign paperwork for over a week and they held the vehicle and had it derailed for me. If I ever buy another vehicle I will for sure return to see these folks!
