The car wash is not a car wash they just spray it down! This was my first car dealership experience,and Mike was very helpful and pleasant he make you feel like one of the family and family and safety was his priority and save money.
I was shopping for used vehicle and I was surprised that they would not go down $500. The did not even counter offer back anything and I was read to buy. Now I will have to start looking again somewhere else
This is our families 3rd car from Montrose and it has been a great experience! Forest is wonderful and we will definitely be back! The finance department is very helpful and kind as well!

Came to look at a car I found online. After the test drive, I knew I didn't want that car; seat and armrest weren't comfortable. Salesman found another car--this one didn't even have an armrest. I stated this wasn't what I was looking for and I was looking for a car that I would use until the wheels fell off. I could see him getting irritated and he said, "Can't you just get used to the armrest?" I knew specifically what I wanted and what I didn't. Eventually after showing me many cars that didn't fit what I was looking for, he said, "You're gonna have to sacrifice on some of the things you want."
He seemed very irritated that I did research on cars. He gave me makes and models they had on the lot that might work, and I was using a website to tell him if the cars would be acceptable. After a while of telling him no, he stated, "Not that I think that website is lying but I never hear about any of those complaints." This was the final straw. You are a salesman. People are not going to come in and tell you about how bad their transmission is when they are trying to trade it in for another vehicle.
I bought a car I love a week later with EVERYTHING I was looking for. I didn't have to sacrifice anything and I got it $5000 less than cars they were showing me.
After 2 years of service at Brunswick Auto Mart it was time to replace our 2012 Toy Sienna. I was guided through the process by Dominic Diliberto. He made the time available for me prior to the official opening of the sales department and met with me again for test drives. We bought a 2018 Toy Sienna XLE. He made sure the car was ready to go and had been prepped to our expectations. The deal was signed and delivered by Teri Mateo the Sales Manager. We received a great offer for our trade and were shown several ways to finance the deal. She is one of the best informed Sales Managers I've dealt with in 50 years of buying cars. The Kia store in Sandusky us wonderful ! I always feel so welcome! Everyone is polite and very attentive ! The shop guys explain everything to me! I had a mouse get into my filter compartment and Zach showed me everything ! I have always felt intimidated in some dealerships but This Kia store is wonderful, helpful comfortable , clean and they sent me home with a beautifully washed car! Could not ask for more!!
I want thank my salesman Tone for everything. He tried to put me into a new Toyota, but the timing wasn't right. Cause a lot of things have change int eh past few years. So I told Tone that i will hold off for now on getting a new Toyota. And he was very understandable about my decision. So I bought out my lease and I will see him in a few years when things have changed. Thanks for everything Tone. And tell Ryan thanks again for all his help.
I purchased a new Buick Envision and because it was a big purchase and decision Kasper’s helped me through the entire process. They answered all my questions with no pressure to purchase either way. Not only did i purchase my car through them but they have taken care of all the service visits... oil changes, etc. Service dpt. goes above and beyond as well.
I recently purchased a new Ford F-150 from Liberty. From the minute I walked in the door I was taken care of in every possible way. My salesman, Lorenzo Martino, was able to take my requests and make them happy. I was able to get out of my lease a few months early and take home a newer model truck with a great deal.
