Good customer service and nice waiting area. I've had my car serviced there several times. It's a tad on the expensive side, but I always get an appointment when I need it. They are convenient and they also have a shuttle so you don't have to wait at the dealership while your car is being worked on.

First time at this dealeship service department. everything went smooth. The only thing would be to check on parts availabilty before having the customer leave the car. Very good service advisor.

I was running a little behind and wanted to get my oil changed prior to a Dr appointment. The service writer was a Rock Star. Got my truck serviced zippidy do da and off I went. Made my appointment with a few minutes to spare. I can’t thank him enough. I’ll do better about getting there earlier. Thank you again for making it a great experience.

This place was awesome. Everyone was friendly. I had the best sales person and even the finance manager was awesome. I will be a returning customer. They made me feel like a friend and not a customer.

A sales professional named Kevin helped me get a great deal. He was very professional and courteous. When the bank wasn’t cooperating, Tony stepped in and got me a deal with a better interest rate than the bank was offering. This saves me almost $9k over the course of my loan. Tony also replaced the key fob with a new one, which I’m sure isn’t close to cheap on an Escalade. The lounge is very nice, with free coffee and water. Shuttle service is also provided.

My vehicle was brought in for the Customer Care Service program, as well as, two other items. My vehicle was promptly taken in and the work was completed in a very reasonable amount of time. As sion as the work was completed, I was notified and my car was waiting for me, so that I could be in my way. Thank you to the Service Department for making this an easy in and out!

My service advisor, Michael, was the best! I had an inquiry about my car and he took the time to check everything and even test drive it. I then had to get a new battery and was lucky enough to reach Michael again and he got me in and out before I could get settled in the waiting room! He was very patient and personable. Great service! We have always had a positive experience at Upper Marlboro Ford. The automotive service we received for a recall on our Mustangs met our expectations and we will continue taking our vehicles there to be serviced. I rcvd excellent customer service. After a recent hospitalization, to receive the level of empathy from Carlos was comforting, although I was experiencing pain and discomfort as I sat waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. Carlos constantly checked on me. It reminded me of how I would constantly check on my patients, as a frontline worker. Even his voice sounded different, There was an added layer of concern and I might add that he always established eye contact, and he waited for a response. All I can say is that Carlos's full demeanor impacted me tremendously. People may not always remember what you do or say...but they WILL remember how you make/made you feel. Carlos is an asset to Darcars, I sure hope you all make him feel he's a valuable employèe.😊
