After a frustrating 20+ week wait for my truck all worked out well. When the truck was delivered both mirrors were damaged. Marchese got the replacement parts and repaired the truck in four days. Thank you to Matt and his staff! I received 2 recall notices and my husband had heard great things about this dealership. Matt was so responsive to my needs and provided very prompt service. My car always rides nicely (2007 fusion), but I have to say, since they worked on my brakes, the brake system has never felt better. The dealership runs so smoothly -- the staff is efficient, friendly, and professional. Also, they did not try to sell me on any extra services. I live 30 minutes away and the service at Marchesi was worth the drive. Thank you Matt and staff for a great service experience.
