Went to look at a used F150 and the experience was great! Juan took us for a test drive and showed us the features of the truck. We started to do paperwork, but the CPO process was not completed, so we could not take it home that night. We were able to complete all paperwork digitally from home, and they delivered the truck to our house. Joshua explained all of the features of the truck on delivery and you can tell that he loves what he does! The truck was clean and full of fuel. Always great and attentive service. We are 12 miles from Sunstate Ford and 12 miles from Claremont Ford. We choose Sunstate because of Stacy.

First off the website is great it’s super easy to navigate and the pictures are phenomenal! I knew just what I was walking into when I came to look at the 3 vehicles I chose. I also like that they let you test ride the vehicle with you and your spouse alone so you can really feel the car out instead of your typical pre planned 2 mile loop. Andrew our sales men was not pushy just listened to what we thought and let us pick the vehicle that we wanted. I suggest you shop here for your next vehicle.

We had an excellent experience with our Salesman Jay and the rest of the staff we encountered at the dealership. Friendly, helpful and professional. We did not have trade-in so with their no price haggling policy it was easy before we even arrived to figure fairly closely what our out the door price would be. Though their add-on "junk fees" ($1400 + $399 and added to any vehicle purchased) added more than 10% to the total purchase price, but appeared to be average to moderate to the market and was clearly indicated on their website so there were no surprises to the final number. We would definitely come here again for our future transportation needs. Thank you Jay and crew for doing a great job.

We arranged transportation through Area 51 Motorsports LLC out of Beaumont, TX. This was a great service, and only took two days to cover ~1200 miles.
