The dealer has excellent communication skills and was quick to reply to my inquiry of availability. We were greeted right away by another sales person and directed to our salesman without any typical dealer shenanigans. Prior to our arrival we had requested to have the vehicle on a lift for me to inspect as I have 30 years of dealership service department experience myself. They obliged without hesitation allowing me to spend 20 minutes under the vehicle to do a thorough inspection. We sat with our salesman directly afterwards and as expected haggled a bit over pricing. After 15 minutes we came to an agreement and signed a deal. These people are extraordinarily professional. Absolutely zero games as I’ve seen personally over 3 decades. bought the extended high roof option, with turbo 3.5 Ecoboost engine. gets remarkably good mileage, handles well for a rolling billboard, but cross winds disturb it. installed rear antisway bar and improved stability. installed crew cab second row seats for family, used it as furniture hauler, scrap metal hauler, firewood hauler. Does everything well without complaints. May turn it into food truck later. Installed inverter and deep cell batteries beneath the floor for 110 volt power but have rarely used it so far.

Bought A 2015 Mini Cooper from John at Lee Auto Group and he went over and above to take care of me He noticed a small noise and replaced the accessory belt. there was also a problem with charging and had it repaired by the qualified and professional mechanics by staying late and in no time had it repaired. I live near Ocala and he even offered to drive me home if I needed it and called to make sure I arrived safe can't expressed the service I got from this amazing company I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. We needed to find a good quality used Honda in a short time to replace our car that was in an accident. Eric Campisi, the owner of Autoplex, drove the car to our home for us to look at and test drive. He was extremely helpful, informative and kind. He also helped us arrange financing. We bought a 2013 Honda Civic LX Sedan in very good condition and are pleased with it. Eric's willingness to bring the car to us is what made the sale, along with the high quality of the car itself. I haven't purchased a used car since I was a teenager and was a bit wary of what I might expect, but Eric made the whole transaction completely painless.

Dealership is smaller and the feel and service are much better than the mega dealers who have higher prices and an overwhelming atmosphere. They are knowledgable and helpful and I would recommend.

We have a Ford Fusion since 2017 and it has been fantastic vehicle for us. In past week we had repair done on fixing the electronic security system, connected to the edge of driver door that was not operating correctly. Josh helped me with identifying the issue and also Jack. Veterans Ford did their analysis and tests to get to the root cause with their specialized technicians in the electronics area. We were very concerned as this issue is very critical for us to function correctly. I am so happy that the Ford team at Veterans got it fixed and all is running perfectly again. Because the issue was intermittent it made the challenge even more difficult - so my thanks goes to the whole team who made this repair a success. The team there takes the time to listen and help their customers to the very best of their ability. When I was in Ireland I went with my Dad to a Ford dealer there, where he bought his first car a Ford Anglia. Ever since then we have stayed with Ford for many years.
