I was looking for a safe car for my daughter, and happened upon a Hyundai at Auto House that was in our budget. I had never worked with them before, and was a little concerned by a negative review. Turned out there was no need to worry. They are a business, and won't hold a car for you on a "I might be interested", and no one should expect that from ANY dealership. I was interested in a car, so I wrote them a (refundable) deposit to temporarily hold the car so I could schedule my mechanic to review it. When my mechanic was available, I picked up the car and took it in. My mechanic found an issue. I still wanted the car, but I wanted that issue addressed. Auto House worked out a fair price to do the work, and the car was ready for delivery 2 days later. We've had the car a week, and so far no surprises which is what we were hoping for.

Its the kind of commercial vehicle I was looking for and could not ask for something more reliable . I usually take to a ford dealership twice a year for maintenance and it has produced great mechanical results for my long distance rides. Hey guys, go for it!!!! would not regret it.

After much copious research I bought a 2019 Malibu LT from Diamond Jim’s, my first experience with the dealership. Joe and Perry were knowledgeable, fair, and easy to work with—no high pressure tactics. No need to haggle and browbeat the staff, either, for a deal. The price of the car was previewed on Carfax, given “a good price” rating for its overall specs, and proved so upon inspection with no hidden after-market products to jack up the published price. Too bad there was no Diamond Jim’s when I bought my first used car way back in the 20th Century from a different dealership that filled the transmission case with sawdust to make it run smooth for a month.

Looking forward to the Ford experience. But so far I'm very happy with my new purchase. If I had to leave a review based on the test drive and the drive home, I love the way it handles.

bought the extended high roof option, with turbo 3.5 Ecoboost engine. gets remarkably good mileage, handles well for a rolling billboard, but cross winds disturb it. installed rear antisway bar and improved stability. installed crew cab second row seats for family, used it as furniture hauler, scrap metal hauler, firewood hauler. Does everything well without complaints. May turn it into food truck later. Installed inverter and deep cell batteries beneath the floor for 110 volt power but have rarely used it so far.

Emil went above and beyond by providing detailed information about the vehicle, sending additional photos, and being very flexible in scheduling a test drive. The finance department was extremely efficient in securing a lender and thoroughly explained the financing terms. I have a 1991 Ford E150 Van that I have been working out of doing construction that seems like forever,the old van has 76K miles on it,still runs and drives OK but just doesnt have the ride it use to have after many years of service..I have been looking to upgrade for a while and decided to look at the newer model Ford 250 Transit Vans, it is comparable is size and usability for what I am dioing with it..The 250 Transit is like driving a sports car compared to the old E150..Drives,rides,sounds, cools, and no leaks or whistling as you drive,,I dont miss the old van one bit..
