Well this was my first time ever really experiencing when it came to buying my first car really, and I would really recommend anyone in the area that I know to try see for themselves for how welcoming the experience was and how both understanding, and no bull corners everyone working there that I had experience both meeting and talked to. One of which whom goes by the name of Mark T. O'Bryant whom handled getting the amazing Bronco Sport that I wasn't as sure at first about getting but quickly grew on me the more I got behind the wheel, he made both understanding things about the car and the entire process from sales to how he handled himself to be both hugely refreshing and that it felt it made the whole process feel less nervous as the day rolled on. I would indeed recommend having someone as kind and professional such as him when looking for another car from the this dealership I would do it all over again there, no doubt about.

Its the kind of commercial vehicle I was looking for and could not ask for something more reliable . I usually take to a ford dealership twice a year for maintenance and it has produced great mechanical results for my long distance rides. Hey guys, go for it!!!! would not regret it.

I recently purchased a pre-owned 2022 Ford F-350 from Bob Maxey Ford in Detroit. The experience was very positive working with my salesman Xavier (X-man). He was there to answer all of my questions prior to buying the vehicle and made sure that all aspects of the vehicle was ready by the time of purchasing. The purchasing process was quick, he had all of the paperwork ready with the sales manager prior to my arrival. Overall, I would recommend Bob Maxey, Detroit and Xavier for your next pre-owned vehicle purchase.

Despise him being extremely busy, he made sure to give me his full attention when working with me through this process. Josh A was also fantastic. He took the time to answer every single one of my questions and made sure I felt confident in my decision. Malachi Link was incredibly helpful as well. He explained everything I needed to know about charging my new vehicle and never hesitated to answer my questions, no matter the day or time. Together, they made my leading experience stress free and enjoyable. Highly recommend working with this team!

Matthew Carducci absolutely, hands down made the car buying process the easiest I’ve experienced in my life. I got to the dealership around 1:00 PM he had all the paperwork done, the vehicle cleaned, checked and everything ready to go, paper signed, and out of there in less than two hours. He also pulled some strings and had them put a full tank of gas in the vehicle. We even had time to sit back and chat about APPLE’s newest technologies and I even encouraged him to update the software on his phone, but she did right there. It felt like I was chatting with somebody I’ve known for a long time. They did not try to press any extended warranties or gadgets and gizmos and stuff. They made me aware that warranties were available and asked me if I want to explore that option. I declined and they never press the issue again. When I’m in the position to purchase a brand new one. I will hunt Matthew down!

This cargo van met all my needs, plenty room in the cargo area, reliable driving, nice rear view in the driver and passenger mirrors and very big windshield.

This commercial van is perfect for for my business. It is very spacious and drives really great. It’s a very reliable van and fits all my needed supply’s.

A vehicle like this isn’t designed to be the most comfortable or the most luxurious but ford did a great job with the basics and if your used to driving a work van this meets all the requirements and makes up for a few of the little things by adding adjustable tow mirrors, good seat adjustments, and simple luxuries like Bluetooth and backup camera. I have the basic version low roof and they are some noises I can hear from under the vehicle when it’s empty but honestly it’s a Ford work van... not an RV with insulation and flooring designed to keep noises to a minimum. Drives smooth and takes the abuse of daily driving well. Keep it clean and maintained and it will take care of you.

bought the extended high roof option, with turbo 3.5 Ecoboost engine. gets remarkably good mileage, handles well for a rolling billboard, but cross winds disturb it. installed rear antisway bar and improved stability. installed crew cab second row seats for family, used it as furniture hauler, scrap metal hauler, firewood hauler. Does everything well without complaints. May turn it into food truck later. Installed inverter and deep cell batteries beneath the floor for 110 volt power but have rarely used it so far.

Kevin is the man!!!! I didn't have financing in order, nor do i have the greatest credit. Sent me over to the credit union down the street, they approved me within a DAY!! I am so satisfied with these guys, they're so easy to work with! At first I was leary and worried because I've never been to a credit union before, and I thought they were brushing me off, let me tell you that they were not!!! Because I’ve been going there forever, I’ve bought three new vehicles out of there. I’ve always had exceptional service. The man that runs the body shop which I’ve talked with a few times is exceptional to any body shop manager. They always hire the best. I don’t know why this rating is what it is.
