I went in looking for a used car, was introduced to Martin, I must say he was a gem to deal with, picked the car out on Fri, there was a little problem, Martin told me to pick the car up on Monday, when i got there i saw some long scratches that i missed, Martin had them taken care of immediately, He did a follow up after i got the car, but the most impressive thing was my car was state to have Bluetooth, it did not, Martin and his manager Jorge made it happen, an appt was made and i got it. Went to this dealer for the first time to take my 2012 Focus to address transmission failure. Previous dealers had not met my expectations for customer service (Listening, following up, proactive safety concerns). Each person I dealt with at this dealership was courteous, responsive, concerned and followed up. This without any prior relationship with anyone at the dealer. They are busy and can't always achieve Instant results, but any time invested by the customer is worth it in the quality of service. So happy to know that there is a dealer out there who values quality as well as customer satisfaction.

Highline had a vehicle that I liked but was priced more than I wanted to pay. Were not able to reach a compromise.

bought the extended high roof option, with turbo 3.5 Ecoboost engine. gets remarkably good mileage, handles well for a rolling billboard, but cross winds disturb it. installed rear antisway bar and improved stability. installed crew cab second row seats for family, used it as furniture hauler, scrap metal hauler, firewood hauler. Does everything well without complaints. May turn it into food truck later. Installed inverter and deep cell batteries beneath the floor for 110 volt power but have rarely used it so far.
