I have been in the process of shopping for my new F-150 for a few months now. I was pretty set on exactly what I wanted, and the discounts that were applied did not leave a ton of room for negotiation. What my purchase ultimately came down to was the level of service that I was provided. Being a long time sales manager myself, I take customer experience very seriously. I've worked with Alfredo for years. He's my primary advisor that always takes care of my trucks. Even when he's on PTO, he has a great support team to fill in to get me on my way. Drop off has never been easier, they just order an UBER/LYFT and drops me off several miles away at work with fast pick up in the afternoon so I never skip a beat. I pass about 3 ford dealerships to get my service done here. I live in Melissa but commute to Irving. I've bought two trucks here and serviced them both here for over a decade.
